Czysty, elegancki pokój, obsługa usłużna, mówiąca po angielsku (szczególnie dziewczyna, chyba nowa), dobre śniadania, autobus do Wenecji odchodzi wprost z pod hotelu (15-20 min). Do dziennego zwiedzania Wenecji, hotel idealny. Parking darmowy przed hotelem. Jednak .. trochę daleko do Wenecji (12 km), na romantyczny pobyt to jednak zbyt daleko i 90 euro z dobę ( dla polaków podróżujących 2 tygodnie po europie) trochę dużo. |

The wifi was not working and it did not get repaired until the day before we left. We had to pay to use an internet cafe and this money was not refunded to us. Also the room was very hot as they had turned off the air con and had the heating on. there was no way to control the tempreture |

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. We were there with children and that fact was of a huge importance for us. The location of the hotel is more than good because of the excellent connection with Venezia (the bus stop is just a few meters away). |

very friendly staff. we had everything we needed. location was only 10 minutes away from venice using the bus that picked up and dropped off directly outside the hotel. also there is a supermarket right next door for snacks and drinks or anything else needed. breakast was good. |

Sorry, not enough time to enjoy the hotel. We just check-in around 13.00, went out till evening and left at 7.00 am. We book a jacuzzi suite (last day of honey moon) and we got a no jacuzzi suite! They gave it to us as the only clean/ready suite available, but It was not clear when we got the key and of course we did not changed the suite afterwards, we where too tired to do so. Of course the price we paid was for the jacuzzi one! |

I liked very much the clean roomes,it is a very nice hotel. I didn't like the atitude of some reception people.And also of the staff from the restaurant.Not polite. Also I didn't like very much the breakfast becouse I do not eat porc. I there was only porc meat.N |

If you are looking for a comfortable, value for money hotel and situated with easy acess for the bus service into Venice, then this is the hotel. The staff were more than helpfull and very pleasant. |

Value for money/quality re; room/breakfast V. good, although bathroom could have been better. Friendly, courtious, helpful staff. Free internet access, convenient for flight confirmations. Nice restaurant (we ate lunch before visiting Venice). Bus tickets available at reception for #4 bus (outside depart & return stops) at €1.10 each way (Aug 08 price) only 10 minutes to main Venice. Do not be put off by initial impressions of Mestre (old industrial area), it is of no relevance assuming the purpose of the trip is to visit nearby Venice. The hotel is very good quality and outside seems a safe enough, unintimidating area to walk around. |
