καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, ωραία θέση, βολική τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τη βόλτα στο κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια, πολύ ευεγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό το πρωϊνό είναι πολύ φτωχό και δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην κατηγορία του ξενοδοχείου |

excellent location. excellent staff beautiful rooms our room was over a generator and it was very noisy. We jumped out of bed several times during the night with the bang of generator and the noise of the street. We were there for two nights only if any longer it would have been a problem |

The hotel was fine, but well overpriced. The hotel has a nice decor and the service was fine. However, for the price, the hotel is not worth rating above 3 stars. Price was too excessive. The hotel was nice, but not that nice. |

Large and comfortable room. It's very convinient to rest with small baby if you 'd like see Rome selibreties and do shopping. May be pure breakfest for hotel pretended for 5 stars. |

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff most helpfull. Great location for exploring Rome. The decor in places is looking a little tired and dated. |

It has a good location. The building was a beautiful one, looked very fancy, not big but quite Roman ! The breakfast was very poor. No diet food at all. The personnel hardly spoke English. The mirror in the room was positioned as you could not see yourself entirely, but you could perfectly see the television-set in that mirror :) The paid internet (quite expensive) did not work during all the paid hours and it was incredible slow (I had to go behind the reception to check the attachments to my e-mails). The room was pretty small. |

except location and staff nothing is 5 stars.i was very very sorry that i choose this hotel for such a long stay. except the location and staff nothing is luxsury. on the contrary -poor rooms (i tried at least 10 rooms)with old and broken furnitures- black stains on wall . including poor bath room- tiny breakfast room-not worthy the price. |

We had an excellent stay in the Ambasciatori Palace Hotel. The room was not very big, but the size was as announced during booking of this room (15 m²) at a very good price. The breakfast buffet was very copious: fresh fruit, juices, all kinds of croissants, chocolate breads, ... The personnel was very friendly and willing to help. There were quite a number of restaurants in the neighbourhood. A lot of touristic places were just walking distance away but also the Piazza Barbarini Metro Station was very close. There was some noise of guests of the bar on the other side of the street (back side of the hotel) at night |

Nice and clean. Good to have air con in the room. within a reasonable walking distance of the Termini Station and also close enough to the major points of interest in the city |

Very dusty in the room. Price didn't show on the internet for 3 persons when I arrived the staff wanted to charge 40 eu extra. We were not happy for the service . |

I liked the position very central, few minutes walking from piazza di spagna, fontana di trevi or panteon. They must renovate the hotel in order to be a 5 stars hotel. In reality it is no more than 3 stars superior hotel. |

Location was great, value for money with booking.com rate, staff was helpful and courteous Breakfast could have been better, smoking room and it was not as luxurious or comfortable as the non smoking room, view was not of an inner- patio as we had been told |

The room we were given was clean and very spacious, the breakfast was very good, the hotel was near all important sites and shopping, we walked everywhere, the staff were very helpfull and the rate was very good value for money, this was an old 5 star hotel with 3 star price. We were only there for 2 nights and for short stays I would reccommend the hotel with no reservations. |
