the classic design, the staff, the location are good

the hotel has been in very poor conditions and needed upgrading. The bed mattress, chairs have collapsed and no sofa provided. 2 chairs for 3 people! TV signals unacceptable. Bath no ventilation, wet floor after shower, very old furniture but no refurbishing. Carpet too old. Food of breakfast is even worse than fastfood shop. This is Rome!

Shabby and tacky in many areas. Many components one or two star. Overall this is no more than 3 star hotel. Stayed in 4 other hotels in Italy, 3 or 4 star- all much better value than this tired place. Need to up grade dirty walls, scratched furniture, old fashioned TV, wavy floor carpet, chipped toilet seats etc.

The staff was wonderful. They were genuinely interested in helping us have a pleasant stay, as well as making the most of our time in Rome.

The hotel itself is not a high end hotel. There are a number of deferred maintenance items, and the interior is showing its wear and tear. If it were not for a pretty massive free upgrade in regards to our room, I would consider it to have been over priced.

The poor state of the hotel. 30 years ago was this a 5 star hotel...need urgent rennovation. The breakfast was all right, but at 5 star (L) level.

we visited there by car.parking charge is €４０ per night, but they keep our car even after check out. even though we traveled with 2 little daughers, we cloud stay comfortably.

It was traditional but in a very good part of the city.Easy to walk to the bus and to many eating establishments. Right next door to the Hard Rock Cafe. Very nice street front access. Concierge desk was helpful in getting us directions and a map to the city. Airflow was decent in the room.

Splashed out on a suite but unfortunalety run down and in need of some TLC and as such signifcantly over priced...

Comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet arrangements tasty and simple. Perfect for a launch to visit the sites of the city. Many thanks to Marco at the bar for his dining recommendations. Fabulous meal. It's that kind of friendly staff and attention that makes the biggest difference to me
