Во-первых, понравилось место расположения отеля, во-вторых отель очень комфортный, с располагающей и дружелюбной атмосферой. Несмотря на то, что наши знания английского языка оставляют желать лучшего все члены команды отеля старались понимать с полуслова и помогать в каждом случае, когда это требовалось.Во-вторых, отель отличается изысканной обстановкой, большими и одновременно уютными номерами. Думаю, что он идеален для молодых пар, планирующих медовый месяц в Риме.Поскольку мы не ужинали в отеле, можем сказать свое мнение только в отношении завтраков: все очень вкусно, разнообразно и полезно для здоровья. Мы с удовольствием порекомендуем данный отель всем своим друзьям, планирующим как отпуск так и бизнес-поездки в Рим.

excellent location. excellent staff beautiful rooms

our room was over a generator and it was very noisy. We jumped out of bed several times during the night with the bang of generator and the noise of the street. We were there for two nights only if any longer it would have been a problem

Large and comfortable room. It's very convinient to rest with small baby if you 'd like see Rome selibreties and do shopping. May be pure breakfest for hotel pretended for 5 stars.

It has a good location. The building was a beautiful one, looked very fancy, not big but quite Roman !

The breakfast was very poor. No diet food at all. The personnel hardly spoke English. The mirror in the room was positioned as you could not see yourself entirely, but you could perfectly see the television-set in that mirror :) The paid internet (quite expensive) did not work during all the paid hours and it was incredible slow (I had to go behind the reception to check the attachments to my e-mails). The room was pretty small.

Location , service, accomodation

We had an excellent stay in the Ambasciatori Palace Hotel. The room was not very big, but the size was as announced during booking of this room (15 m²) at a very good price. The breakfast buffet was very copious: fresh fruit, juices, all kinds of croissants, chocolate breads, ... The personnel was very friendly and willing to help. There were quite a number of restaurants in the neighbourhood. A lot of touristic places were just walking distance away but also the Piazza Barbarini Metro Station was very close.

There was some noise of guests of the bar on the other side of the street (back side of the hotel) at night

Nice and clean. Good to have air con in the room. within a reasonable walking distance of the Termini Station and also close enough to the major points of interest in the city

I liked the position very central, few minutes walking from piazza di spagna, fontana di trevi or panteon.

They must renovate the hotel in order to be a 5 stars hotel. In reality it is no more than 3 stars superior hotel.

The room we were given was clean and very spacious, the breakfast was very good, the hotel was near all important sites and shopping, we walked everywhere, the staff were very helpfull and the rate was very good value for money, this was an old 5 star hotel with 3 star price.

We were only there for 2 nights and for short stays I would reccommend the hotel with no reservations.

Excellent location. Well established hotel. Great value, Would definitely use again.
