Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Really try hard with English, and most did very well. Location to train station is excellent, but neighborhood not so great after dark. I did not like the shower at all. I find it hard to believe someone could not figure out a way to hang the hand held shower up on the wall in order to make it possible to shower without putting down the showerhead on the floor then rinsing later. For the price of this room, I expected a normal shower. |

staff, breakfast, the location (right next to the train station, 5mins walk to the city center) the room was overpriced (although this is the trend in Florence hotels), small room, the windows in the breakfast room were not properly insulated (a lot of cold air entered through the windows) |

Very convenient to the Saint Maria train station in Florence, Italy. One problem: although we were on the 5th floor, the wind would blow open the balcony door after the door was shut tight and appeared to be locked. I had to get out of bed a number of times at night to close the balcony door. |

Really close to the train and bus station, good for me to catch the train. Room is quite big with the attractive price. Breakfast was very good, even with the sparking wine in the morning. Should try next time. AC system didn't work properly, I felt hot in the day time. |

Nothing this time. We had a handheld shower hose, a chemical smell constantly in the room, windows which would not lock, no view and a construction site with men walking up and down scaffolding early on weekdays. They could see into our room. We booked six months ago and were very disappointed with our room. Friends who booked a month ago paid half what we paid, had a proper shower, no chemical smell and a view! |

The location is excellent for a city trip in Florence and also to get to the surroundings and near cities by train or bus (just near the train and bus station. No noise during the night because of this. Breakfast service was a little poor for a four stars hotel |
