大不満！レンタカ－で行ったので、敢えて駐車場無料プランのこのホテルを選んだが、ホテル真下の駐車場に駐- 車したら事前連絡が無いとのことで別料金を支払わされた。６２ユ－ロも請求された。普通、そうならそうでホ- テル側から聞いてくるもんでは？とにかく最悪、不愉快な思いをした。フロントの対応も最悪。こっちが悪いと- 二人のフロントにののしられ、けんかになった。 |

駅の前でロケーションは最高。 荷物を預かって貰えるが、受付近くの倉庫に各自で入れに行くため、セキュリティの面で問題があると思った。- |

Great location to next to train Station. Close to everything. The shower drain was plugged and drained very slowly. You had to take a short shower. |

Great location easily accessible to inner city tourist sites and also very convenient for shopping and train acess is excellent. Also great buffet breakfast with very good selection of foods. Did not supply bathroom toiletries for every day use, hand soap and shampoo for shower not provided for daily only changed once over 4 day stay. Everything else such as towels and toilet paper was changed daily. Also no tissues were available in the room. |

The otel was so near to the Santa Novella Station. It was not hard to find it absolutely. The rooms are clean and nice. The view from the rooms are nice. You can leave the luggage till your train time in a separate room which is really usefull for tourists like us. Maybe price may be a little less :) |

i like the hotel location, the room is so very clean and it's spacious and also have balcony, the breakfast of good food and variety of food is excellent, the bathroom is new and clean and i feel at home. most of all, it's all packaged in a moderate-good value for money- price! i will definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again for my trip to Florence in December 2009! i think I would reate this hotel for 10! |

Big room, clean and well arranged.Near the train station and the city center. room doors slamming all the time, better remove the automatic closing devices or make them smoother. Better noise insulation in the rooms, could hear easily next rooms and the doors slamming. |

The reception, service and location were superb. The hotel did everything they could to look after us during our stay. The room was larger than expected with very good facilities and comfort. Excellent central location for exploring Florence. |

Very convenient location for the train station They call themselves 4 star, but are in reality a 3 star hotel. It is still good value for money though. |

The convenience of location right in front of the train station, breakfast package included, wonderful stafff especially the woman at the front desk when we check in late at night, comfoortable rooms provided to us and the especial accomodation that they provided for the comfort of my child who has asthma. The only wish I hope that the hotel will improve, the convenience of rollong our luggages by providing a ramp to roll the lugagge going up, and also providing FRESH fruits for breakfast, they can provide better., the sound proof noise for the wall because we can feel and hear the bus station noise inside our room. Otherwise overall this is highly recommended to our friends. |
