Гостеприимный персонал, неплохой завтрак, удобное месторасположение- близко к вокзалу и рядом со всеми основными достопримечательностями. Шумно в комнатах: слышно шум и с улицы, но самое главное- из коридора и из соседних номеров. Улучшить шумоизоляцию в номерах. |

The convenience of location right in front of the train station, breakfast package included, wonderful stafff especially the woman at the front desk when we check in late at night, comfoortable rooms provided to us and the especial accomodation that they provided for the comfort of my child who has asthma. The only wish I hope that the hotel will improve, the convenience of rollong our luggages by providing a ramp to roll the lugagge going up, and also providing FRESH fruits for breakfast, they can provide better., the sound proof noise for the wall because we can feel and hear the bus station noise inside our room. Otherwise overall this is highly recommended to our friends. |

Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Really try hard with English, and most did very well. Location to train station is excellent, but neighborhood not so great after dark. I did not like the shower at all. I find it hard to believe someone could not figure out a way to hang the hand held shower up on the wall in order to make it possible to shower without putting down the showerhead on the floor then rinsing later. For the price of this room, I expected a normal shower. |

staff, breakfast, the location (right next to the train station, 5mins walk to the city center) the room was overpriced (although this is the trend in Florence hotels), small room, the windows in the breakfast room were not properly insulated (a lot of cold air entered through the windows) |

Very convenient to the Saint Maria train station in Florence, Italy. One problem: although we were on the 5th floor, the wind would blow open the balcony door after the door was shut tight and appeared to be locked. I had to get out of bed a number of times at night to close the balcony door. |
