Best location in heart of Palermo. Close to everything walking distance you feel the heart beat of town. Very kind staff and very good clean nicely decorated and quiet rooms even if on main busy street of town. View is truly fascinating from top terrace. Most shops are around Food served for dinner is a bit out of choice as well as very poor choice of wines. Elevator waiting is sometimes a nightmare... |

The hotel room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a delight to sit on for breakfast and for a drink in the evening before going out to dinner. Wonderful views! The hotel is also extremely central, close to major sites, on the edge of a very old and charming quarter. As we stayed for 8 nights, I would have thought that they could change the bed linens at least once during our stay! |

Terrace at top of hotel with beautiful view over the city of Palmero. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. We had to leave early for a flight which meant we missed out on the breakfast on the terrace. However, staff provided us with a cold breakfast the night before to store in the fridge in our room. |

The location was excellent, the staff very helpful and the bedrooms comfortable and spacious. The roof terrace/bar was fantastic. we thought the prices very reasonable. Breakfast coffee was rather poor but improved when we pointed this out |

We like the location and the staff was very helpfull, but we found the breakfeast poor if compared to other hotels we stayed during our holiday in Sicily. Our room was at the back side, there was not enough light in the room |

The hotel crews were kind and friendly. My room space was large thinking of the cost. The room equipments worked well. Location of the hotel is on the main street from the bus terminal from airport and easy to find and safe. I found nothing to report for this point. |

The hotel is located in an ideal position in the centre of Palermo with easy access to the various sights. The staff were very helpful & polite.The roof top terrace was superb with fantastic views over the city & an ideal position to have breakfast & soak up the sun & the atmosphere of Sicily.Evening drinks were also available on the terrace with good views of the sunset..All in all.No complaints.An excellent hotel;definately to be recommended. |

The hotel is very nice, romantic decoration, big rooms, nice shower, clean and tidy, staff good and location very convenient. Excellent breakfast area on the roof with city views! The small claustrophobic elevator. |

The rooftop terrace looking over palermo was a very special place to eat breakfast or have an evening drink. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the bed comfortable. A good experience overall. We were given a room facing an internal courtyard on the first night, which was a very dull view, but they apologised and moved us to a front facing room with a nice view for the second night. |

Friendly comfortable hotel - good location and friend staff. Fantastic views of the city and lovely breakfast. Steep staircase to breakfast room at the top of the hote but worth the view which is fantastic. |

The hotel was walking distance to many of sites of Palermo. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed having breakfast and drinks up on the hotel rooftop terrace. The view is quite spectacular! The hotel is somewhat difficult to find if you are driving. The directions provided on the website are confusing. Parking your car is a challenge on the side streets. It is unknown how safe it is for you to leave your car parked overnight? |
