Convenient location near the Central station of Palermo. Very clean en trendy rooms. Helpful personel. A good choice! Superbe view of the city from the roof (during the breakfast)

A bit noisy if you get a room in front of the street (via Roma)

Our 4 day stay at this hotel was nothing but perfect after touring Puglia and Sicily. Centrally located in regards to attractions and transport and a magnificent 360 degrees view from the terrace. Professionally run by friendly, courteous staff. Hope to go back some day and will recommand to whomever goes there.

The staff at the hotel were tremendously helpful when we arrived late in the evening after our flight, after the restaurant had closed. Reception called up to the bar which was still open, and they rustled up a lovely antipasto-type meal with a glass of wine, which was perfect, and which they certainly weren't obliged to do. Breakfasts on the roof terrace were lovely, and the room itself was spacious and clean, very good value for money. The location was handy for us as it's only a 5ish minute walk from the central station, and walking distance from all the main attractions.

It's not on the nicest street in Palermo, but this wasn't a major issue.

Roof top dining with great views across the city and surrounding hills. Good central location for short city stay, close to bus and train station. Typical Italian room, spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable bed. Although on the busy Via Roma we asked for, and got a quiet room.

For some reason it was not possible to pay my bill the evening before departure in order to save time the next morning.

The hotel was very clean. The lobby was good and staff was very educated and quite professional. Rooms were quite and even being on main road it wasn't noisy.

Wifi connectivity was not good enough and ac,tv was not working properly. Rooms were not the value for money.

Everything but the mattress which was composed of two joined single mattresses which split during the night.

Good location, easy distance from the Station (bus and train), and well situated for exploring the city. Comfortable rooms, well appointed. Friendly, helpful staff. Stunning view from the breakfast room, and a very good breakfast to go with it.

Nothing. My only observation was that I could not see a lift from the main floor to the breakfast room on the top floor (? stairs only, which did not bother me but might bother some people), but I might be mistaken in that.

The hotel is walkable from Station Central, where the bus from the airport will drop you off. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The breakfast was good, but the view from the roof where breakfast is served is fantastic. And visit the restaurant and have the chocolate desert - 10/10! You can walk to all the tourist attractions.

Wifi only available in lobby and roof. The area is not the best but safe enough will all the police that patrol Naples. Not a lot of places to eat compared to tourist destinations but enough so you won't go hungry.

Loved the roof top terrace for breakfast and offering some of the best views of the city. The restaurant was very good, having both al la carte and a fixed price option. We had good wine and a fine dinner at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious with access by a antique lift (which worked well). Card access to room worked well. Good value with a couple of very minor gripes. Would stay again!

The speed of the internet on our floor was not very consistent, and the airconditioning did not provide any heating in our room. Made noises but no heat!

Friendly staff, excellent service. The food and wine were also very good, although as a North European I did miss the rougher wholemeal bread that is popular (at breakfast) in the northern countries. But, all in all, it was outstanding accommodation. I would certainly return.

The bathoom was a bit cramped and there was not much of a view out of the window. Breakfast concentrated on sweet items, which is not really to my taste.

Perfect location, nice breakfast and superb terrace.

Very convenient city centre location, a few minutes walk away from many of the sights. Conveniently just down the road from the Central Station. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and secure; we had a family room which was very spacious and airy. The roof terrace gave beautiful views over Palermo and was a lovely place to relax in the evening away from the bustle of Palermo.

We stayed in one of the apartments. Large and spacious, comfortable, located quite centrally. The terrace in the main hotel was fantastic and the food was very nice.

Could have had better facilities in the apartment kitchen. There was no dishwashing liquid so not only did we have to buy some to do our dishes, but they were dirty when we arrived.

This is simply a fabulous hotel.
