We stayed at the same hotel a second time during our trip because it was so good. The staff is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. Also, the location on Via Roma not far from the train station and within walking distance of good restaurants as well as the monuments and sites. The bathroom in the newer room we were given this time was excelent, large, clean, great shower. They are undergoing a renovation and some rooms are better than others. Ask to be placed in a "newer" room (ours was on the third floor even though reception and most rooms are on the fifth floor of the building. Finally, the wi-fi still did not work for us this second time. |

Great location near train station, good security, staff were very friendly, spoke good English, terrace view of city the Wi-Fi did not work as advertised. Could not get the network on my laptop list. The stafff were courteous but could not solve problem. Gave me a cable to connect with my laptop but it required that I unplug the public use computer (could not be done if busy). |

Beautiful view of the city at the breakfast area and friendly staffs Bathroom has a strange smell and the water does not drain too well in the shower. On the first night, there was noise from the generator affecting our sleep but it was gone on th second night |

The staff was friendly and helpful, and since we first stayed at Hotel Ambasciatori two years ago, they've made several improvements: an additional desk in the lobby as you enter, ethernet in the rooms (bring your own cable), etc. The real reason to stay, though, is still the amazing breakfast terrace, which affords the best view of Palermo we've seen. This will keep us coming back every time. |

Roof deck, new bathroom, friendly staff, central location. Noise! Not from the street but from other rooms and the hallway. And no numbers on the doors in our section- so someone else accidentally tried to enter our room. |

This is a great hotel very close to the airport bus drop off so an easy walk with suitcases. We got there around 10.00 pm and no problem getting in. Staff are great and very helpful. Room was excellent and we thought great value for money. Fantastic views from the roof terrace while enjoying breakfast or a drink in the evening. |

Terrace for breakfast & to watch the sun set over Polermo. Within walking distance from the airport bus stop. Centrally located for touring on foot. We stayed in the older section on our first night & the shower is small. Newer remodeled section was beautiful |

The room was brilliant. Very well decorated and clean. The quality of the decor in the whole hotel was extremely good. The roof terrace where we had breakfast and spent some times on a few evenings was breathtaking. The staff were extremely helpful and most had a good grasp of English and responded well to our attempts at Italian. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast selection was a little narrow. Just because one chooses to go to Sicily doesn't mean we had to eat like Sicillians all the time. I enjoy experiencing local food and customs but sometimes one wakes up in the morning in the mood for a little home comfort before one sets out for a whole day of Sicillianness. |

We choosen the hotel after seeing the picture of terrace actually, and that was fairly really beautiful.....the view of the city and also staff was really nice. Room ok but bit small for familly, bathroom could be tidier....but ok |

The nice roof top with palermo's view Only the entrance of the hotel as we arrived late at night at the main door was closed, it gives the impresion that you booked a pensione instead a hotel. |
