As far as I was concerndet - staff speaks English and German ,

Comfortable,spacious [superior double] room and bathroom. The provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a plus for Italy. A larger hotel than we normally use - more aimed at the business / conference community and therefore a bit impersonal, although when we had queries the staff were most helpful and made several phone enquiries for us. The hotel is not too far from the town centre and also conveniently near the train & bus stations as we were using Udine as a base for seeing the province.

Excellent breakfast. Large room which was very clean. Good quiet location with short walk to centre.

Friendly professional staff. In particular, the waiter in the restaurant. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. Handily placed for the city centre with a decent restaurant. We came for football but would be good for business.

Walls were a bit thin.

This hotel was perfect for the stay ij Udine. only 400 metres from the station. Staff were very helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room just sheer luxury.

It was fairly easy to find, clean and comfortable. The evening meal was excellent, as was the waiter service.

The location is nice - just a short walk to the old town. The breakfast was very nice - parking just outside the door if you are lucky but otherwise they have a garage. Nice bathrooms

The rooms are a bit small - I have stayed there twice now and the rooms feels small.

Very stylish and clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The location is great just a few minutes walk from the city center and easy to reach by car. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was good, there is a terrasse to sit outside opposite a small park. If we go back to Udine we will definately chose this hotel again!

Lovely hotel in the centre of town with underground secure parking for my motorcycle. Room was large and very well presented. Lots of marble in the bathroom. Staff very good. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely return.

everything... if you get to Udine, which is a nice small town in north Italy, choose this hotel! well located, great rooms, very clean and convenient, friendly staff and good breakfast. good return on the payment

Big room for good price.

We had to wait while they were cleaning our room, when checking in at 14:00.

The Ambassador Palace Hotel was close to the train station as well as the old town. It was clean, spacious, friendly and the personnel were extremely helpful.

Near the station and close to city center. Very good breakfast.

I stayed for 2 nights in July. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. My rating is based on the following: 1) VERY friendly and helpful staff - good food recommendations 2) Quiet and comfortable room - nice bathroom/shower 3) Great location (2 blocks from the train station - 2 blocks from the sites) - safe area 4) The chocolate muffins at breakfast were amazing (think lava cake) Breakfast was fine - made to order eggs - usual cerals, yoghurt, breads, cold cuts, baked goods. Tip: It's an easy walk from the train station, so walk unless you have a lot of luggage: Exit station and take perpendicular road to your right. Tip: There's a bank around the corner for cash and a grocery store behind the hotel for snacks and inexpensive drinks.

The room as a little small (I reserved a single room at a great rate so I have no complaints) and the a/c was weak, but I had no trouble sleeping (it was 95f+ outside).
