Close to beach. Reception and outside area very nice. Views from balconies overlooking the beach Rooms were not furnished to a good standard. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Staff speak very little English, if at all. |

Nothing, due to the fact that the hotel have very low qualified personnel( no english speakers ), low quality of the room (dead mosquitos on the walls, the bed was got our of the wall) and very low quality of the breakfast (no hot breakfast, 1 kind of cheese and one kind of meat ) Everything should be improved. |

its location.however the most of the hotels in that area are near the sea!! -staff so unfriendly -it looks like the cheap flights where you have to pay for everything ( minibar , internet, parking , ... ) although it doesn't cost as cheap flights either. - at the morning they came to verify if you have use the minibar!! - breakfast was so normal not even at the level of 3 star hotel. - the design was less than normal as well , our room had the view of the another hotel WALL!! - overall i believe this hotel can have 2 stars and not more! |

Nicely located close to beach. Breakfast could be better for this price. Free parking would make more sense. 15Euro per day in August is too high. |

The hotel was well located both with respect to swimming, and restauraunts and pizzarias. They confirmed a room for a seaview room which was payable in advance, and then assigned us to one of the most unpleasant rooms in the hotel.They said that the room which was to have been mine was not available because of a tenant stayover. None of the other seaview rooms in the hotel were offered to us. Free parking was offered as compensation. . |

The Hotel is ideally situated for the beaches, bars and restaraunts in Rimini. Also it's well run and very friendly. Almost no english spoken and having to pay for the car parking. |

the hotel is ok, but the resort itself, Rimini, is quite boring. i wouldn't recommend it to young ppl. there's nothing special about it, no atmosphere |

Cleanliness.Taxi arrangements. Three star only. Absolutely not for business. Internet Access was non- functioning throughout the 5-day stay. Breakfast arrangements were unsettling - we were moved around. Waitresses gave misleading information. Others non-Italians also complained. |

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sono stata a rimini per lavoro e la posizione della struttura è ideale per raggiungere facilmente il Centro Storico. Camere Spaziose e molto pulite. Disponibilità e cortesia di tutto il personale. Wi Fi in tutte le camere e parcheggio molto ampio. |

Vue et proximité et de la plage et des rues commerçantes. Parking non payant mais non "sécurisé", le protail automatique était en permanece ouvert !! Mauvaise surprises : Piscine fermée (à juste titre, l'eau était verte de mousse !!). Accueil très insiffisant (personnel quasi inexistant sauf une personne qui était un peu partout. Pas de clim. Dans les chambres, plus la saison selon le personnel. (La nuit nous avons du nous coucher avec près de 30°) Et le buffet du petit déjeuner "continental" indigne d'un 4 * (pas de jus de fruit, si ce n'est semblant de boissons sucrées et colorées...). Bel hotel et bel outil qui ne devrait pas resté ouvert dans l'arrière saison |

Le personnel accueillant, femmes de chambre très sympas. Chambre très exigue au départ pour une famille, mais reactivité très rapide, on nous a donné une chambre plus spacieuse dès le lendemain merci. il était annoncé un paiement au départ...j'ai du payer à l'entrée....Pas trop d'ambiance, peu de place en terrasse et parking payant assez cher. . |

Le finifture della hall Le stanze non sono da 4 stelle, staff poco disponibile e a volte maleducato, 15 euro al giorno di parcheggio a parte sono una follia (non è neanche al coperto), colazione non oltre le 9.30 (a quell'ora loa porta è già chuisa!!) |

Airco, hygiene en ligging. Personeel receptie koud, onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Wij hadden onderweg naar het hotel een ongeval gehad en konden wel wat hulp gebruiken. Men liet ons sukkelen tot ze niet anders meer konden dan ons te helpen. |

Ruime kamers, Centraal gelegen aan het strand en de boulevard, klein balkon, smalle douche. Bij aankomst zijn we verplaatst naar een tegenover gelegen hotel, van dezelfde klassificatie. Dat hotel had onvriendelijk personeel, welke amper engels spraken. De volgende dag terug verplaatst naar het Ambassador, dat beviel goed. |
