Very good breakfast with good coffee, clean pool with poolside well maintained, most helpful and very accommodating staff (with one exception). Two km walk to old town meant you got exercise - a good thing!

Room carpet had an slight odour and could benefit from a proper cleaning.

I liked the apartment, it was clean and spacious. Some staff were nice and helpful. Pool was lovely. Hotel felt secure for the kids to play. off the main road. reception staff very helpful, will book a taxi for you or give you directions to buses if wantin to visit the surrounding towns.

I didnt like the distance from town. good walk to any shops. hard when your draggin children up and down. Air con would only work at certain points in the day which was little frustrating when its so hot. and the play area was covered in ants so the small kids didnt have anywhere to go. Majority of the hotel was lovely just some small things that would be irritating for families. Breakfast wasn't that great, continental is pretty basic anyway. but never changed it even.

The Ambassador is an outstanding hotel in this beautiful part of Italy. It is convenient for the beach on the lake side, the town is a shortish walk away. The pool is great with plenty of loungers. The underground parking is spacious, and there are coin operated washing machines and plenty of drying space. The staff were all very friendly and spoke engligh well. The free bike hire is very useful. Finally the breakfast is amazing, we hope to return next year and we already have friends making reservations. Do your self a favour and stay there!

One of us thought the bed was hard one of us thought it was great.

Rooms are very good with good furniture. Toilets are clean and almost new. Receptionists are friendly. All rooms with balconies. Located near good restaurants and cafes but not near to the town centre which is located at about 1.6 km. Breakfast is acceptable; however, it does not include hot food except boiled eggs. I really recommend this hotel.

Zimmer (Deluxe) sind ok, allerdings ist die Qualität der Betten verbesserungswürdig. Matratzen sind extrem hart und als Zudecke leider nur eine relativ dünne Wolldecke. Lage sehr ruhig und man erreicht in ca. 20 min per Fuß das Zentrum von Riva. Frühstück war reichhaltig und für ein 3* Hotel sehr gut.

Wir haben ein 3 Bett-Zimmer gebucht,und ein 2 Bettzimmer mit Zustellbett erhalten.Nach erfolgter Reklamation wurde uns ein größers Zimmer gegen Aufpreiszahlung von 200,-€ zur Verfügung gestellt . Ich finde dis ist eine Unverschämtheit .Ich würde dieses Haus nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Frühstück war nich besonders Reichhaltig.Das nachfüllen erfolgte nur sehr schleppend.

Das Hotel ist für Familien wegen der Familienzimmer sehr gut geeignet, die kleine Küche ist ausgesprochen praktisch. Auch gibt es eine eine große Anzahl an Liegen und genugend Platz im Garten. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Möglichkeit sich am Abend, je nach Bedarf, für ein sehr schmackhaftes, gut bürgeliches Essen anmelden zu können, wenn Reisegesellschaften mit Halbpension da waren. üBrigens zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

Unser Balkon war direkt an der Feuerleiter, diese wurde häufig als Ausgangstreppe genutz, so das wir immer wieder plötzlich mit Fremden dort konfontriert wurden. Nicht gefallen hat uns auch das Motoräder, die gleich unter unserm Fenster/Balkon abgestellt waren immer mit lautem Gedröne gestartet wurden.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück hat es wirklaich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch super weil man mit dem Rad sowohl nach Torbole, Arco und Riva Zentrum eine ähnliche Entfernung hat. Die Poolanlage war auch sehr gepflegt. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel bzw. In der Tiefgarage.

L'Ambassador Suite Hotel ha concentrato in esso tutto quello che ti serve per una vacanza. Piscina, jacuzzi, giochi per bambini e adulti,noleggio bici. Inoltre le camere sono molto confortevoli.

L'unico aspetto negativo è stata un po' la flemma nel servizio al bar.
