Good hotel, has everything you need at reasonable price. Anything we asked for was available without any probelms. Staff are friendly and rooms clean. Free bike were great as long as you guys dont mind using a girls bike! Don for get to state you need a double or twin bed.. |

family friendly with swimming pool, small football field, plaground...you won't get better with that price..excellent.. check out time is too early even though it was flexible (could extent until 12.00 on special request) since I was not at the peakest season. |

The Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was very relaxing. It is located approx. one kilometre from the main centre. I would recommend exploring the town by the hotel bike (which you can use free of charge) on the first day you arrive. |

Hotel was well maintained, clean linen and towels everyday, clean swimming pool. Good sunbathing area. More space and quieter than other hotels because of its location. |

Excellent location, just 15mins walk into main Riva square. Tours available each day from a short distance away bus stop and bookable via hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only two things - milk and fruit juices at breakfast were never cold, there is something about warm milk on cereal which just isn't right! Toaster didn't make toast, just warm bread. |

We stayood be location, ged only for one night. The room was warm, comfortable and clean. Nice location, good breakfast. It would be nice having a bottle of water in the room (no mini bar available). |

Comfortable, spacious room, good bed. Complementary small bottle of white wine. Balcony with nice view to the hills. Hotel close to the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning was not in use, although the weather happened to be still quite warm. |

Die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig gelegen und geräumig dazu. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider sehr einfach, hier waren wir entäuscht von dem Angebot. Auf Nachfrage nach gekochten Eiern, teilte man uns mit, daß es im Winter keine Eier gibt! Die Zimmer waren schön geräumig, leider war der Teppichboden schon länger nicht mehr gesaugt und das Waschbecken im Bad war verstopft. |

Ho apprezato particolarmente la disponibilita' del personale , la gentile indicazione della ragazza alla reception riguardo un posto speciale dove andare a cena ,un intervento tecnico immediato per un problema con la tv e la buona colazione l'hotel necessita di una mano di pittura nei luoghi comuni dei piani (es zona scale e ascensori) e di una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia della camera, sopratutto nel periodo fuori stagione nel quale ho soggiornato (asciugamani, polvere, materiale informativo), periodo nel quale immagino, tendenzialmente si abbasserebbe un po' la soglia di attenzione. |

La comodità della camera, il comfort e la pulizia di tutta la struttura. L' edificio era internamente e esternamente moderno e elegante. Anche un bell' ingresso e spazio per il parcheggio. Non viene fornito lo shampoo. |
