“The staff was extremely help-full. Found the Hotel after few hours of search on Google Earth & Street View. The Hotel is quite old, and the architecture of the main building is almost the same as when was build . Also whoever likes croissants this is the place to have breakfast . Close to the beach, next to an excellent restaurant and a great ice cream shop . For us it was a great vacation. Definitely planing to go back .”

Villa Adriatica is an Art Nouveau building on Rimini's Marina Centro seaside promenade, 500 ft from the beach. The hotel's grounds feature a large swimming pool with jacuzzi. Very friendly and helpfull staff, we enjoyed SKY TV in a room as well. Location of the hotel is excellent, near to the seaside, however, on the main street. Parking is available. The only thing that confused us at the very begining is a size of the room,,, first impression was ~ damn it is too small~, but then we got used to that. Nice stay, all in all.

It is a nice, cosy, elegant hotel, very well located ( 5 minutes to the beach, near the bus station, on a street with shops and restaurants, but in a silent corner).Very nice staff, also. Breakfast - good and well served, until 12.00. I will be back for sure! Some problems with th internet in the lobby, but I think this can be improved.

Плюсы: 1. Удачное расположение 2. Удобная парковка 3. Приемлемый завтрак (хотя и без яичницы и сосисок) 4. Приятный персонал (говорят по английски, не говорят по русски) Минусы: 1. Номера требуют ремонта 2. Плохая уборка номера 3. В субботу и воскресенье - дискотека под окнами до утра. (мы отдыхали в апреле, думаю в летний сезон - ребята резвятся еще круче) 4. По моему мнению - отель переоценен.

Viaggiando molto per lavoro devo dire che in questo hotel lo staff ed il personale sono molto competenti e molto disponibili, questo è un punto a favore , ed è molto difficile trovare strutture con uno staff così gentile,pronto e reattivo. La posizione è molto bella e comoda,sebbene non sia sulla spiaggia dista solo a 300 metri dalla medesima.La parte vecchia della struttura,una villa dell'ottocento, e bellissima e anche la parte nuova, costruita intorno, non la copre e non la soffoca,come succede per altri hotel. Da considerare che va bene sia per business, che coppie,e famiglie.Scegliendo di fare la cena romantica per due a bordo piscina sia la cucina che il servizio sono di una categoria superiore alle aspettative.Consiglio vivamente di provare.E ribadisco la bravura e la competenza dello staff di questo Hotel. Purtroppo come spesso capita le foto sono sempre fatte con obbiettivi grandangolari troppo esagerati, e ci si trova poi a non riconoscere le vere dimensioni della struttura. ma non ci sono cattive sorprese,bisogna solo ridimensionare le immagini.non esistono aspetti negativi da attribuire a questa struttura, ma l'unico appunto che farei è sul parcheggio: posto all'interno della struttura scoperto è disponibile ma molto pieno, e purtroppo spostandomi sempre con auto d'epoca o prototipi per lavoro, soffro un pò nel non avere uno spazio coperto e lontano dai soliti prepotenti da parcheggio,ovvero tutti coloro che pensano che le auto devono stare per forza in posti in cui non entrano.

Posizionato al centro di Rimini mare. La prima sera internet (wireless) non funzionava. Il parcheggio è abbastanza stretto; l'accesso è adeguato al passaggio di una sola vettura. Sotto il letto c'era un dito di polvere. L'ambient un pò decadente. A colazione I posti erano limitati (ho dovuto aspettare che se ne liberasse uno). A mio avviso si tratta di un normalissimo tre stelle.

Понравился персонал - дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Бармены - очень веселые девченки! Хорошие ужины, изысканные блюда, раз в неделю при свечах у бассейна, в очень приятной атмосфере. Бассейн в саду, на территории отеля, тихо и уютно. Очень понравился бесплатный прокат велосипедов! Завтраки довольно аскетичные и однообразные. Неудобная система Wi-Fi, пароль выдается всего на 1 час, потом нужно идти за новым паролем. Соотношение цена-качество, дороговато! При этом ляж платный, как и везде в Римини - дорого!

Heel vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt is goed en de faciliteiten zijn voldoende aanwezig. Ligging is perfect , in het centrum maar niet in de drukte van de winkelstraat en dicotheken. La cortesia e disponibilità del personale La camera che ci è stata assegnata (306) aveva il bagno con sanitari anni 70 non propriamente funzionali.Solo le ultime 2 notti è stato possibile effettuare un cambio di camera.

Die Serviceleistungen waren perfekt, die Nähe zum Meer und die bereit gestellten Beach Volley Felder waren super. Das Hotel war immer sauber und der Pool in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Rezeption war immer offen und der ganze Mitarbeiterstab sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Auch für Partyferien steht das Hotel an einem guten Platz. Einige Discos kann man gut auch zu Fuss erreichen. Kann das Hotel nur weiter Empfehlen. Die Aussicht von unserm Hotelzimmer war nicht die beste.
