Hotel American Palace Eur

Siisti hotelli, lähellä metroasemaa, rauhallinen ympäristö. Mukavat huoneet, tilavat kylpyhuoneet. Kaikki huoneessa toimi hyvin: laitteet, suihkut yms.

Aamupala oli aina sama, ei kauhean hyvä tämän hintaluokan hotellille. Hotellihuoneessa ollessa ilmaantui aina nuha, joka lähti pois, kun meni ulos, mistähän johtui???

Location (right at metro station), affordable price, cleanness, quiet rooms despite heavy traffic, buffet breakfast

Poor and hardly controllable heating (December), awful machine coffee at breakfast, no wireless internet, dead expensive internet in the lobby (did not see anyone using it)

was cheap for the reason we needed to stay there (close to pallolottomatica arena) only stayed 1 night,unfortunately we had to check out early so could not sample breakfast

not what i expected for a 4* hotel,sky sat was poor not many english channels and no coffee making facilities in room,also decor and bathrooms need updating.No resturants nearby

Good lokation, super breakfast, polite and professional stuff.

Some fitness mashines aren't good, some of them are very old and not properly functioning, but there is a fitness club near the hotel.

The hotel in well situated right across the Laurentina metro stop (line B terminus). The breakfast is relatively good, the internet works more or less and it is 6 Euros per day and not per hour as mentionned on the website

It was impossible to sleep after 8:00 am since the cleanning ladies start knocking heavily on the door and/or catch up on what they did the previous day rather loudly :(

They had assigned us a room in the first floor towards the main street, supposed to be more noisy and accepted to change to a room in the inner site, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and additionally they had specific gluten free products for the breakfast.

Seems to be about the same in other hotels in Rome, but the check-in time is very late (14:00) as compared to other cities.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Suburban location but with very good bus and metro links to the city. Clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast.

Very expensive Internet service but otherwise very good value. Not much in the way of bars or restaurants nearby.

The staff were very polite and helpful throughout.

Room was very cramped and decor a bit old.

I would like to recommend the hotel for everyone. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Room was tidy and spacious. Breakfast very delicious. I was very satisfied.

We enjoyed the inclusive breakfasts, the location of the metro and grocery stores.

Food/drink service in the courtyard would have been nice, and an updated computer station. I think the double glass doors into the dining room were quite dangerous a couple times I nearly walked into them.

Price.

The same breakfast during all stay, bathroom requires renovation, expensive internet.

Location is good for people doing business at the EUR Zone, their Lunch is excellent for the money

Breakfest was poor, there were alot of Mosquitoes, the room was very small
