The location was perfect for all aspects of venice; nicely furnished and serviced medium sized rooms with a pleasant terrace for guests. Verynice helpful staff. A great success. |

Our family enjoyed the location and fine quality of this hotel. Its location was convenient enough to walk to virtually everything we wanted to see or do, yet it was out of the way of the sometimes overwhelming hustle and bustle you can experience in other areas of the city. The rooms were extremely clean, well-appointed, comfortable, quiet, and tasteful. The morning breakfast was very enjoyable, plentiful and convenient, and the staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite. The reception desk staff assisted us with arranging a free transportation to Murano as well as assisted with arrangements for our airport transportation. Our entire group of six (two parents and our two young-adult children and their two guests) all left with a very favorable impression of the hotel. We would definitely choose to stay there again. The elevator was not working during our entire stay of three nights. This was inconvenient for us. An in-room refrigerator with cold drinks would have been a welcome addition to the rooms. Venice was quite warm during our stay, and we always tried to stop to get cold drinks to take back to our rooms at the end of our travels each day. |

The hotel location was perfectly situated for everything. The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area where the hotel is situated is very peaceful if a little quiet at night but we appreciated getting away from all the crowds. A walk along the sea front at Zattere is recommended. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly, arranging transportation to Murano and answering questions. Towels had not been changed in the room when we checked in and the staff handled it promptly and gave us a free bottle of champagne as compensation. Hotel was in a good location, easy walk to all major sites. Clean, and good decor, and breakfast was very adequate. Wish it was not so expensive, but in Venice all is expensive!! It was good value compared to many others |

Centrally located, easy to walk to main sights. Breakfast excellent for Venice and breakfast staff helpful. Rooms had delightful canal view. When we arrived they told us the room allocated for the children would have to be vacated the next day. They tried to put my kids (age 12) in the next building, two floors up from our room. I had to have a very uncomfortable argument with two reception staff to enable us to keep the rooms we had. |

I liked the fact that it was somewhat central and close to the Accademia Bridge. The staff spoke English and were helpful with whatever we needed. There was also internet free to use and available at all times. The breakfast was great and included in the price. I did not like the fact that there was no lift or elevator in the hotel. We stayed on the third floor which was difficult to bring luggage up and down to and from. Also, the central AC was not turned on as it was not "warm" enough yet outside. I believe that should be the guests' decision. We did pay too much money I feel though. |
