I liked most the location its 10 minutes from Vatican museums. Has a metro station (Ottaviano) in front of it. The room and the bathroom were very clean and also spacious. The breakfast had option to choose what you want. Free WiFi!!!
From our arrival to departure, we couldnt have asked for anything better. A perfect place to stay --- within easy walking distance to the Vatican; just few steps from metro subway making it very convenient to explore other tourist attractions for a short metro ride; plus near shops, fastfood chains and restaurants... Our room exceeded our expectations --- clean, spacious, cozy and peaceful with comfortable beds, big bathroom and great shower. Breakfast delivered in the room at our requested time was superb...The free wifi, LCD tv w/ sky channels and heating/air conditioning is a plus²! Definitely a home away from home!, even our two-yr old son had a great time
Everything was very good, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the location very convenient. I would definitely suggest it.
Nothing bad at all.
Internet, bathroom, light and spacious room, central location
Bit clumsy check in
The B&B is a very good choice for a stay in Rome. As we travelled with our 13 months old son, we especially liked that the crib was already setup in the room when we got there (this was a big plus for us). We also liked: - the clean and quiet room overlooking the street, the WiFi and the TV with original languages; - the staff's hospitality; - nice little breakfast, always on time, and the minibar; - housekeeping every day; - the location of the B&B, close to the metro, bus station, gelateria, market and various restaurants, and, of course, a 10-minute walk (in our case, even with the baby stroller) up to the center of Vatican Square. We would certainly return here.
Great staff, Michele is very helpful, breakfast was really good and always on time, location very close to the subway station and Vatican. Safe neighborhood.
There was no hot water one day and the bad was very squeaky.
Alice, the owner's representative was outstanding. Inspite of our very late arrival, she provided outstanding service. Outstanding individual. Morning breakfast served in room was really nice. Alice arranged to store our luggage on the day of our departure even though the location has limited space. Can't tell you enough good things about Alice.
- excellent modern room - Michele was very helpful - Very close to metro station - very close to Vatican - very clean room
Adequate and friendly Fresh and hygienic Breakfastservice in your room. Quiet ,no trafficnoise. Good bed.
Not very big,but in Rome not necessary because your mostly outside
20 meters from metro station.. Warm welcome.. Excelent room and bathroom.. Excelent staff.. A place where you go back to when you are in Rome.
The location was a 7 minute walk from the Vatican. The breakfast was petit, but the specialty cakes and pies were delicious. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was very helpful, upon check in I was given a map and directions for bus lines, train lines and recommendations for restaurants. I get very particular about the cleanliness of bathrooms, but I felt very comfortable at B&B Amor
The mattress was a bit thin, but still relatively comfortable. While the rooms are on the fifth floor of the building, check in is on the 4th floor and the name on the door is Roma Hotel as opposed to B&B Amor. This is minutely confusing, but not a minus at all.
Very clean room, nice facilities, great staff. Awesome breakfast.
Evavator was a tad scary.
Ponravilos bukvalno vse !!!! i mesto raspolojeniya i personal i sam nomer .
This was a fabulous B&B for a stay in Rome, especially if you plan to spend a significant amount of time at the Vatican and use the metro to explore the rest of the city. The Vatican is a very easy walk from this B&B. I highly recommend using the airport shuttle they can arrange for you. It is a great value and helps simplify things. We also had them reserve tickets for the Galleria Borghese, and that was a nice service as well. The cleaning lady did an excellent job and the breakfast was very nice. You can arrange what time you want it delivered to your room each day. They can also arrange for you to have breakfast left the night before if you are leaving very early in the morning. The internet was fast and the Sky TV had a large amount of programs in English. They will show you how to view it in the original language on your remote because most Italian TV is dubbed as a default. We traveled with our 15 month old daughter, and they were very accommodating. The crib was already setup in the room when we got there, and the housekeeping helped with our "childproofing" efforts by keeping the hot kettle out of reach.
At 20 sq meters, the rooms aren't giant, but if you care more about location, quality breakfast, excellent air conditioning, and good service, this is the place for you.
Very friendly people that work there They offer sky tv
Missing extra blanket in the room
Was located in a good area for shopping and Vatican. Breakfast served in the room was good each morning. Free WI-FI a bonus
The street and lift signage was very poor and we were not expecting to have reception on 4th floor
Host was amazing with the little extras and tour tips not just for Florence.
Hello! This is the first time I review a hotel I booked. Having in mind how helpful it was reading others people's reviews I've decided to organize all my opinion to help you too. Location: Very Good! It is near the Vatican. So you escape from all the confusion that is Rome Center. And it really is! Staying near Termini is chaotic. This B&B is also near the Subway Station Ottaviano (3mins walk). And it is about 10/15 min to all the others tourist attractions. There are plenty of good restaurants and ice cram parlors nearby (day/night). That is also good. Accomodations: The rooms are cute and romantic. As a B&B they are in one of the "appartments" of the building and you have the keys to the building door, appartment and room. It is like home. Everything is clean and readily replaced when you need. As soon as you get to the bathroom you know that they thought of not letting you in need of anything. They provide you things that most of hotels do not, or would charge you for, like hairdryer, rope, towels, sanitary pad and even flip flops. Service and facilities: Wi Fi really works! ;) All information to use it is in the room so it becomes even easier. They offer driving services and tickets to some museums if you want. We hired the car service to the airport and it was amazing. The driver was a real lord, he was there before time and took us safely to our destiny, needless to say the car was really comfortable and cool. They offer you breakfast everyday. Very good one by the way. Besides breakfast there are coffee, tea, milk, toasts, crackers and snacks in your room in case you arrive hungry or want something to drink (all included ;) ) . We were welcomed by Michele who is a very outgoing employee. She tries to arrange everything to make your stay wonderful. She speaks good English and she is a lot helpful. I guess she mentioned she also speaks Spanish, and Italian, of course. Everything we needed she took care of it in a moment.
The only thing I did not like was related to time. But it does not show any mistake of them. But when you are traveling on an tight schedule you plan everything and worry about time. The day we arrived we went straight to the B&B hoping we could leave our things there. In fact Michele told us we could, but our room was not ready yet because we arrived before the check in time (before 12pm). I guess their rooms must be always booked. So do not trust in arriving there before check in time because you might spoil your plans. Or talk to Michele before about your situation. She might help you. She sends an email before you travel to ask if you need special requests.
Perfect location, nice neighborhood Clean room Nice decor Rich breakfast
The owners and staff were friendly and very helpful rooms were more than expected
Michelle was really helpful with everything we needed. B&B is at a very good location, close to the metro & Vatican City. The room was small but smartly decorated. So it was pretty comfortable.
The elevator in the building is a bit old but it's ok.
Michelle was very accommodating and let us check in when we arrived. The location is excellent, restaurants at your doorstep, the underground only steps away, and the Vatican a short walk. We had an early departure and they were happy to serve breakfast earlier than usual.
Was not aware they were in a shared building and almost missed it. Didn't realise we had to go to 5th floor. Rooms are small when sharing with children. Have a teddy stranded at the hotel until I can find someone going to Rome as they don't post.
convenient location (near Vatican city, metro station just outside in the corner) , helpful and friendly staff, nice breakfast in room, clean room with nice bathroom
The room we stayed was a bit small.
