Hello! This is the first time I review a hotel I booked. Having in mind how helpful it was reading others people's reviews I've decided to organize all my opinion to help you too.
Location: Very Good! It is near the Vatican. So you escape from all the confusion that is Rome Center. And it really is! Staying near Termini is chaotic. This B&B is also near the Subway Station Ottaviano (3mins walk). And it is about 10/15 min to all the others tourist attractions. There are plenty of good restaurants and ice cram parlors nearby (day/night). That is also good.
Accomodations: The rooms are cute and romantic. As a B&B they are in one of the "appartments" of the building and you have the keys to the building door, appartment and room. It is like home. Everything is clean and readily replaced when you need. As soon as you get to the bathroom you know that they thought of not letting you in need of anything. They provide you things that most of hotels do not, or would charge you for, like hairdryer, rope, towels, sanitary pad and even flip flops.
Service and facilities: Wi Fi really works! ;) All information to use it is in the room so it becomes even easier. They offer driving services and tickets to some museums if you want. We hired the car service to the airport and it was amazing. The driver was a real lord, he was there before time and took us safely to our destiny, needless to say the car was really comfortable and cool. They offer you breakfast everyday. Very good one by the way. Besides breakfast there are coffee, tea, milk, toasts, crackers and snacks in your room in case you arrive hungry or want something to drink (all included ;) ) . We were welcomed by Michele who is a very outgoing employee. She tries to arrange everything to make your stay wonderful. She speaks good English and she is a lot helpful. I guess she mentioned she also speaks Spanish, and Italian, of course. Everything we needed she took care of it in a moment.
The only thing I did not like was related to time. But it does not show any mistake of them. But when you are traveling on an tight schedule you plan everything and worry about time. The day we arrived we went straight to the B&B hoping we could leave our things there. In fact Michele told us we could, but our room was not ready yet because we arrived before the check in time (before 12pm). I guess their rooms must be always booked. So do not trust in arriving there before check in time because you might spoil your plans. Or talk to Michele before about your situation. She might help you. She sends an email before you travel to ask if you need special requests.
