Pleasant and helpful staff.
The rooms were a little tired and weary.
Good location in nice area. Excellent restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to all major sites. All staff very helpful with restaurant suggestions and booking of tours etc.
The genuine friendliness of the staff made arriving and returning a pleasure. The room was very stylish and individual, and the hotel feels like a very stylish town house. The bathroom was gorgeous in a classic, old-fashioned way, with a bath you could soak in. It was very quiet (paid for by the room looking onto an inner yard and being dark), unbelievably so for central Rome. It's very near Piazza del Popolo, and the Metro.
The Wifi was a bit dodgy.
Location location location as they say would return to this hotel in a breath the staff are what turns this small hotel from good to great they go the extra mile to ensure that your time in Romeis fanatic
STAFF ,WHILE THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST HAVING KETTLE IN ROOM WAS GREAT. STAFF RECCOMENDED REALLY NICE RESTURANTS LOCALLY
FOUND BEDS A BIT HARD
Location, room size.
There were ants .
Could hear another couple in the room next to us.
I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location, within walking distance of all main attractions. Reception manned 24 hours with helpful cheerful and welcoming staff who spoke perfect English. It was my birthday whilst there and the staff gave me a bottle if delicious wine and snacks as a surprise. Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished to a boutique hotel standard. Look no further book this hotel.
Great location, only steps from Via Del Corso and Piazza del Popolo but in a quite and nice street. The rooms are really nice and spacious for european standards. The front desk was really helpful giving us very good nearby restaurant recommendations and ticket arrangements for the Vatican. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Public Transport goes everywhere throughout Rome but research it on the internet first so you do not waste time whilst in Rome. We either walked into the centre or took buses 81 or 628 in from outside the hotel. We researched Rome first by using the Lonely Planet Guide which was first class.
Nice hotel, excellent position, friendly reception staff, great breakfast. Recommend!
The area is good because its near to the metro and next to plaza di popolo. But this is the only good thing of the hotel.
Not so clean- the smell of the bathroom was horrible - in the photos the hotel seems better than how is in reality - the staff was friendly and helpful during the days we spend in the hotel, but when we left, i forgot one pair of shoes. I sent them an email in which i was asking to deliver them in my address in Barcelona. Of course, i would pay the cost of the transfer. They never answered my email and when i call in the hotel the said that they will searching for them and call me back to inform me. They never did it.
It is a very nice little hotel like a boutique. The staff is amazing and very helpful! Great suggestions for restaurants and attractions. Very helpful for anything you would need! Overall it is a beautiful cozy hotel that makes u feel at home
Staff, location and the hotel in general
Wifi, complimentary cakes at breakfast, location, staff
Change of room, tv selection
Location is very good, staff very helpful.Nice sized rooms.Maid service was not good enough. The bedspread was probably oversized for the bed so constantly touching the ground.Since we didn't feel that clean enough we had tossed the bedspread to be changed a day before our leave when we came to the room we noticed the same bedspread was picked from the ground and used again.Other than this all was good.
Great location close to everything we needed. Staff were great. Bit noisy outside but no where in Rome is quiet but it was quietest spot we found.
Lovely welcome from the staff. Warm room... Nice bathroom
Extra bed in the room had ants crawling over it. We complained on next day as they did not go away. We complained and were moved to a different room. Not charged for that night.
Excellent location, friendly, helpful reception staff. A great hotel to stay in.
Our toilet cysten kept filling up, constant water noise, had to keep climbing up on the toilet seat to re position the ball-cock in the cystern. Their was no fixing on the wall for the shower head, I would have had to hold the shower head over me to have a shower.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly and helped us with booking visits to the Vatican and Colloseum - well worth the jump the queue ticket - would return to this hotel.
Night club opposite on Saturday night - pretty noisy until 4am if you have room on the front as 2 of us did.
Room was nice, staff was welcoming and helpful
Breakfast was too expensive
Great value small hotel in good location
Incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff, throughout stay. (Even booked Vatican tickets for us.) Complimentary in-room/at reception basket of snack croissants etc.
Lift was smallish Everything else was perfect.

We like every thing of this hotel. Thnaks a lot! Han Wu & Yan Xu
Staff were very helpful with information about the city and booking tickets to attractions. Complimentary food in the hotel was a bonus.
