EVERYTHING - clean, spacious, well-appointed rooms, excellent lighting both in the room itself and the bathroom (excellent for applying make-up), friendly and effective staff

The small mirror in the bathroom is positioned too low.

Rooms very recently refurbished and were very good, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was very good as well. The staff were excellent, very friendlyand helpful and spoke english well.

Good location close to the airport busses and the train station

The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby was really nice, too. We told the reception staff we were on our honeymoon and they presented us with a bottle of champagne. Alhough the location was not too pleasant (Milano Centrale railway station), we chose it deliberately because it was just across the street from the airport shuttle bus stop - exactly what we needed with our early morning departure. And the hotel is located just a couple of metro stops away from the city centre (Duomo).

The breakfast buffet choice was rather poor, but you could still find something to eat. We checked out before breakfast time and got a breakfast pack each. The choice of foods was a bit strange - I would've been better off with a sandwich and an apple. But still, it was good to get something.

The upbeat modern decoration was great especially after a day pounding the streets

Very nice rooms, nice bathrooms, everything is very clean. Pillows are very good. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Good location.

The actual hotel was really nice.

The room was way too hot for sleeping, and you couldn't do anything for it. Turning off the heating didn't help. At checking out complained about it, there was not respond from the staff. The staff in the reception was not responding to customer as they should. The payment with the credit card was not working at the moment we were checking out (It is not a customers fault). The staff was asking people to get cash from cash point! No way, then asked to fill your account number and personal information with signature on a peace of paper!!! No way, who knows where that ends up. The staff manager was actually rude towards the customer who would not act as she wanted. Free WiFi should be free these days.15€ something from one movie next 7€ etc.

The cost of staying was really high for this hotel, regarding its location and class. The TV in the room was really old and featuring only one channel in English!
