The hotel is nice, at a very comfortable location near the tube and the railway station. The staff is polite and speaks english. The bus for the Malpensa airport (shuttle) on the other site of the square. The room is nice, clean and not small. The bathroom is very nice and clean.Breakfast is good but the breakfast area is small and you may have to wait for a table.Lifts are 2, quick and you do not have to wait.

The looby is -1 (the count it as 0) and the breakfast area is -2 floor (they count it as -1). The wifi is free only in the lobby and for 30' minutes non stop with the use of a username and password provided by the reception- the wifi should be free for unlimited access and not only in the lobby area !! The tube passes below the hotel and you could feel the floor shaking, therefore ask for a high floor ! (7-9 floor). The colors inside are too dark-black. The breakfast area is a bit small and tables very close to each other. At busy hours (8-9:30 am) you may have to wait alot until to find a free table. The coffee at the bar is expensive and didnt like it either. They also do not offer you anything with the coffee, neither a cookie.

Wonderful location I have to say. Very close to the central train station and within walking distance to Duomo and shopping area. The hotel facility is perfect and well suit the purpose of business travel. The room is clean and spacious and provides shampoo and body lotion.

I think the only problem with this place is that it is so close to the train station that you can hear every train passing by. But it is no problem if you have ear plug. And the internet in the room is not free. However, you can have free but slow internet in the lobby.

The best thing about the hotel is how close it is to Statzione Centrale. Also, the shuttle to the airport was across the road and very convenient. The decor of the hotel is ambient (sometimes a little too dark) but very tastefully furnished. Beds are comfortable, room is quite big enough and wifi is included, although we had some trouble using it.

The stairs down to reception from the street makes taking bags down very inconvenient. A concierge had to take our bags to and from the reception. The small restaurant had good food but it was too expensive. The bar food was very good and much more reasonable.

The Reception is at the underground floor which means you have to face a stair with no ramp nor elevator to/from the street level. With luggage is a pain. They offer a complimentary 30 minutes internet wi-fi access at the lobby. Don't expect you can do much with that, the internet speed is incredible slow.

Clean, room is of decent size, service is good, quite quiet due to double- glazed windows, close to Central Train Station (just directly opposite)

Lobby is in the basement down a flight of stairs so you will need to lug your luggage down.

Very convenient as it is near the Central Station. Hotel staffs are friendly especially those at the breakfast room.

Being a four star hotel, wifi should not be restricted to only at hotel lobby.

Very friendly staff, great value, easy to get to city, train and airport shuttle.

Love everything about this hotel!! Don't be fooled by the exterior. Interior is chic and modern. Rooms has well thought out design and details. Service at reception, bfast room and restaurant are excellent! Staff are competent and professional. Live the convenient location. Will definitely return!!

The one and only complaint we have is we wosh there's free wifi in the room. Appreciate the dree 30mins wifi in lobby but will be so perfect if there's free wifi in room.

Location is perfect. In the same area a lot of other hotels. Look at the price of these hotels and book the cheapest. They are all good and similar.

Location, breakfast, value for money.

Internet connection in rooms is not free.

The hotel is conveniently located across Central Station - good for travelers that have to take very early train or to arrive around midnight.

We stayed for 7 nights there and the standard of house-keeping service in cleaning and tidying the room differs everyday. We had a cluster of nasty things on the carpet, under the bed or near the bedside table. It was not cleaned until day 6th of our stay.
