The actual hotel was really nice. The room was way too hot for sleeping, and you couldn't do anything for it. Turning off the heating didn't help. At checking out complained about it, there was not respond from the staff. The staff in the reception was not responding to customer as they should. The payment with the credit card was not working at the moment we were checking out (It is not a customers fault). The staff was asking people to get cash from cash point! No way, then asked to fill your account number and personal information with signature on a peace of paper!!! No way, who knows where that ends up. The staff manager was actually rude towards the customer who would not act as she wanted. Free WiFi should be free these days.15€ something from one movie next 7€ etc. |

Spacious and accessibility. The deco is modern and the rooms are well kept. The access to the hotel has steps which is not really convenient. The rooms does not have slippers and bath rope. Lcd tv would blend better with the room overall image. |

it was a nice place to stay at. The cost of staying was really high for this hotel, regarding its location and class. The TV in the room was really old and featuring only one channel in English! |

Ideal location, next to central railway station. Comfortable rooms, good bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. You can hear the subway running under the hotel. For us not a prblme, but it can be a bit annoying, specially when you're a light sleeper. |

It was a convenient base for getting around with its close proximity to Central Station. In fairness, we hardly used the hotels facilities just B & B.However, maid did not replace drink condiments (and no milk for tea). Breakfast, although plenty, was unexciting, |

This is my 2nd time to stay the hotel.Staff was very nice and professional.Location is great,room were very clean,nice and unuque modern interior,much space for suitcase and comfort bed.breakfast is very simple but no problem.I stayed 1st floor, sometimes I heard Metro noise but it doesn't care.Price was little bit expensive than other 4-star hotels around station but I highly recommended this hotel. we need to up/down stairs to go to front desk.it is very hard for suitcase users. porters help to carry on,but sometimes can't see them. |

We have been positively impressed, some details (tv in the bathroom, intimate gel...) are not even found in a 5 stars the entrance with the stairs is not practical for suitcases even though the porter is always at the door to help - Neighourhood not very good |

One minute to central train+underground station. Room for mite allergy people Too noisy outside. People walk on metal or talk loudly and wake you up very early in the morning or do not let you sleep at night. The staff do not care this matter and accuse you instead... If you ask "cafe Americano" they bring "double expresso with hot water!!" Being a Turk- who loves "Turkish coffee-"I only laugh at such a method that the chef choosed and made "cafe Italiano!!!" With a smile on his face. I shall never choose that hotel again due to its noisy character. |

Pleasant and helpful staff and a nice welcoming hotel, in a very convenient location for both Stazione Centrale and the airport shuttle buses. Nice room, if somewhat compact. Nice breakfast room. Free WiFi really should be the expected standard these days for 4 stars and above. |

Close to the trainstation Milano Centrale (200m), metro and buses to all airports. Clean room and and very nice breakfast. Felt very "darkish". Black is the main colour and not in a nice way. |

Location was excellent for someone who has flown into milan bergamo airport and gets the bus into milan. The hotel is just right across the square from where the bus drops you off.(the railway station). Great for onward travel. The hotel is very moden and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. |

The room is fully equip. You even can find a kettle in the room which normally you not able to find in other hotel. The only staff i feel excellent is Mr.Davide, very friendly guy and helpful. The rest is so so. Location consider very excellent because is very easy excess to everywhere. Just locate left side of central station and airport bus stop also right in front of hotel. But please try to choose highfloor to avoid the noise from subway.(we stay at 6th floor and is ok). The only thing i dislike is a bit mixed and disorderly people around this area, mainly because there is a central station. The rest is fined. |
