Very nice. Friendly English speaking staff. Well appointed. Convenient to train station. Pricey but very clean . Early check in a plus. Couldn't find any great restaurants within a short walking distance.

The hotel is nice, at a very comfortable location near the tube and the railway station. The staff is polite and speaks english. The bus for the Malpensa airport (shuttle) on the other site of the square. The room is nice, clean and not small. The bathroom is very nice and clean.Breakfast is good but the breakfast area is small and you may have to wait for a table.Lifts are 2, quick and you do not have to wait. The looby is -1 (the count it as 0) and the breakfast area is -2 floor (they count it as -1). The wifi is free only in the lobby and for 30' minutes non stop with the use of a username and password provided by the reception- the wifi should be free for unlimited access and not only in the lobby area !! The tube passes below the hotel and you could feel the floor shaking, therefore ask for a high floor ! (7-9 floor). The colors inside are too dark-black. The breakfast area is a bit small and tables very close to each other. At busy hours (8-9:30 am) you may have to wait alot until to find a free table. The coffee at the bar is expensive and didnt like it either. They also do not offer you anything with the coffee, neither a cookie.

The hotel is located over the subway line. We stayed on the second floor. When a train passed you could hear it and feel the floor shake! I would never stay there again.

Proximity to Milano Cetnral Train station, adn that breakfast is included Dark colours inside - felt a bit liek a dungeon in the halls and around the lift - a bit depressing. Having to pay for internet access. This is very outdated and inconvenient and could well be a deciding factor about staying there in future.

It's a very clean cosy hotel near the train station. A bit far from the center if you consider going on foot but the metro is in 2 min walking distance from the hotel and the main square Piazza Duomo is just a few stops by metro. The room is a bit small but we felt it rather ok. The breakfast is great, everything what you may need in the morning. The cost of 5-7 euro for the small bottle of water or other soft drinks from the mini bar is a bit exaggerated. The negative side of the train station's neighbourhood are many homeless and strange people around. If you travel with heavy luggage this hotel is perfect but for the romantic getaway choose some other hotel in the center

We enjoyed our stay, the 2 rooms that were booked for our family were well equipped and my children really enjoyed having their own room with bathroom. The breakfast that was included was very good and available for a good length of time. One of the bedrooms did have a slight smoke odour when we had specified that we needed rooms that were non smoking rooms and this requirement is necessary for health reasons.

Very well located to the Centrale Stazione and airport transfer bus (diagonally opposite and easy walk). Ample choice of good restaurants within walking distance. Staff helpful and plentiful. Superior double room and bathroom both spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and selection of bathroom products (not always a feature of European hotels). Tip - request high floor with city view.

Nice rooms in modern design, although a little too much furniture for a small double room. Bathroom was very functional with good lightning and generous space. Very close to the busstop for the transfer bus from Orio Al Serio Airport. The internet connection in the rooms was very expensive. Also in the lobby you had to have a special code that gave free access, but only for half an hour. After that you´ll had to pay even in the lobby. So if you want to use internet beware! Room-service was fast, but it was not worth the money. Very small portion that was rather tasteless.

Clean and spacious bathroom, satellite tv, great location and reasonably good breakfast. The lady server in the breakfast room was nice and helpful. And also free wifi at the lobby, only 30 minutes free each time though. Room could be larger and staff could be more friendly. They were a bit cold when answering questions.

I loved the chic boutique feel! The design was contemporary and pleasing all the while being extremely comfortable. Breakfast was more than I expected... Including a nice array of breads, meats and cheese. The staff was lovely and friendly. To top it all off? You can't beat the convenience of the location.

The vibration and noise of subway are so easy to feel and frequently from very early in the morning and until midnight. The service of the hotel is poorer than a year ago, when I first checked in there. Some furniture is damaged and not repaired.

Very nice, modern, relatively large room, with excellent bedset and bath towels. Everything was sparkling clean and the room was very comfortable. There are even power outlets for 110V North American electronic devices. Location is also good, just in front of Stazione Centrale and at about 20-minute walking distance from the Dome. When in Milano, I will surely come back at this hotel. There was some messing-up with the items I used from the mini-bar (I had 4 and the check-out bill initially indicated 8), but the hotel representative (Roger, if I remember correctly) sorted out things quickly and professionally.

The hotel is conveniently located across Central Station - good for travelers that have to take very early train or to arrive around midnight. We stayed for 7 nights there and the standard of house-keeping service in cleaning and tidying the room differs everyday. We had a cluster of nasty things on the carpet, under the bed or near the bedside table. It was not cleaned until day 6th of our stay.
