location is fantastic easy access from railway and to CBD transport, very clean, comfortable bed, very helpfull staff, quiet (amazingly considering location) great buffet breakfast. Restaurant evening menu was a bit restricted. |

Breakfast only. the hotel staff at front desk was rude and not helpful at all. As a foreigner in italy, they did a fantastic job to turn us off from visiting this hotel and italy. I was dissappointed in their attitude. They lacked customer service and it was very repulsive to us. although the hotel was decent, their services made it ugly. They should try to be more accommodating. |

A good all round hotel. Rooms were modern, breakfast was good and all staff were friendly. Hotel is close to the central station and transfer buses to the main airports. The eggs at breakfast. The hotel is not within the business district and not close to the main tourist areas around the Duomo. |

This hotel is the best value for the money in all of Milan. I have stayed at a minimum 10 different hotels in Milan as well as other Star hotels and this is by far and away the best. Great staff, great room. |

I liked the location. Very close to the station. I had a dinner (salad and sandwich) it was very good. Yes. I chose this hotel because in the bathroom you have the television and the bathrobe. This time the TV was too far and the bathrobe I ve learnt is only available in executives rooms. |

Very nice and big room with nice interior. Good breakfast. Great location next to the central railway station. Easy to access with airport bus and train. Air conditioning did not work. I told about it in reception, but they kept saying that it works centrally. It was very hot in the room :-(. |

Clean, nice rooms, modern & funky rooms. Good location. The breakfast was poor. Not enough choice and the room is very small for the size of the hotel. It feels very crowded. |

liked the location, the internal decoration and compact nature of hotel did not like noise levels as we were near the kitchen and had to moved after two very noisy nights - the trains nearby can also be heard |

Location, very close to the central station of Milano and it's very convenient to take the shuttle bus to the airport Malpensa. The bus stop is just near the corner. Occasional mild vibration from the subway, especially when we had breakfast. |
