Set in a quiet area, this hotel is only 400 metres away from the centre of Madesimo. It features a fully equipped wellness centre, 2 restaurants, and free parking. We liked our suite very much, lovely views, spacious, clean and comfortable with two balconies. We really liked the location, you can hear the river and you have good mountain views. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming except for one lovely young woman who helped at breakfast. The woman in charge could hardly bring herself to greet us and made us feel like it was a bore to have guests at all. When I asked to buy a glass of wine she said I had to buy a bottle...it was nice wine but bad service! No campari, rubbish bar. The "Wellness Centre" though rather nice bans children, although it was empty my ten year old son was not allowed to use the jacuzzi as no-one under 14 is allowed in. When I said we'd leave if anyone else turned up, he still wasn't allowed. This meant that my husband, or I had to either be with our son, or in the spar...no fun! We won't be returning.

Il comfort, l'arredamento, la prossimità alle piste, la grandezza della camera, la pulizzia Accoglienza un po' fredda ma impeccabile. Non capisco come mai un cosi bel e costoso albergho abbia delle macchine per fare il cappuccino e che non ne proponga un vero e proprio.

Personale gentile, abbastanza disponibile. Camere spaziose. Camere con arredi vecchi, letti scomodi, pulizia sufficiente ma non da 4 stelle, frigo bar misero e caro. Ci è stato fatto pagare l'uso di piscina e centro benessere. Baby club del tutto assente, solo una sala giochi vuota. Triste

Great spa and nice pool. Children's room with baby sitter every afternoon and evening. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to ski runs. Perfect for families. Nice sized room with new bathroom. Good breakfast. Decor is a bit old fashioned but well maintained. Food in restaurant is ok but not great.
