everything is perfert for me
nth to compain,I will choose this hotel again if I go back to roma^^
The room was clean and pretty. Safe box in the room. Wifi was stable. Very close to the Termini station, and reasonably priced restaurants.
The hotel is very closed to the train station, metro, airport bus stop and some site seeing places. The breakfast is simple but sufficient, very good home made croissant, with a coffee machine. Reception is very helpful.
The mattress is a bit too hard or old. Feel tired after the sleep rather than fully recovered.
hotel was in good location easy to get around you do not need a car bus and trams are very good, hotel staff very good clean and cozey breakfeast good
bed to soft needed more heat before 8pm
Staff were helpful, pleasant, made a reservation for dinner for us. The beds were nice, shower nice. Location is fabulous. Will stay there again if price is right.
Door at end of hall to outside had to be slammed to close. Not great when we wanted a nap before dinner. Also, breakfast was rather skimpy. Not much selection.
wonderful staff, mainly Raffaele with whom we were in touch
location in a condominion together with other 4-5 hotels...
Well decorated clean and pretty large room Bathroom and bed equipments are top quality, well maintain and clean Close to public transportation (train, bus, metro)
Accessing the hotel itself is really unpleasant, specially at night Hotel building is not well maintained, not so clean. Lift seems not fully trustable. Staff is fair, polite and efficient but some individuals are not friendly
Perfect location if you are travelling by train. Overall clean. Windows have good sound isolation. Wifi worked flawlessly. Friendly staff.
Poor breakfast. Walls need a paint job. Noisy doors. Ugly lighting in the rooms. It feels expensive for what it is.
the location so close to termini station which makes moving around Rome a breeze
Friendly staff that went out of the way to make my stay enjoyable. With a location only two blocks away from Termini, the property is very convenient. The hotel is quiet, as it is on the fourth floor above a low traffic street. The decoration is very nice and the cleanliness of the hotel excellent.
The stairway leading up to the hotel is simply old, a contrast to the inside of the property, which is quaint and pleasant.
Fair price for a good hotel with nice small rooms, wi-fi and breakfast. VERY helpful staff
It is not very quite if you prefer to sleep with opened windows
good location, warmhearted service. The boy at the reception desk give much advice on tour in ROMA.
near the railway station, so it is a little bit noisy. the breakfirst is just so so.
Friendly staff Cosy hotel and rooms
+ 2 mins from Roma Termini station + Very clean room + Good Wi-Fi + Comfortable bed + Helpful and flexible staff
- Neighbourhood not the best - No steeet-front hotel entrance (upstairs inside building) - Some noise from street - Lift was small and slow - Basic breakfast (fine for a couple of days)
The hotel is within a block of the Rome Termini train station and handy to several decent restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely furnished and clean.
There is quite a bit of traffic and street noise because of the location.
There were issues with Internet connection so free wifi was not available.
the stuff are really helpful and supporting. They would try their best for satisfy you in every details which is really sweet and nice.
the location, close to the train station but not very safe. And the price seems higher for the facilities and decoration of the hotel. The breakfast, I would rather not to say like this, but it is awful!
One minute from the train station. Very good for tourists. Many attractions are within walking distance. Very quaint.
People who like plush hotel rooms won't like this.
Proximity to station ; helpfulness of staff; cleanliness of room.
A very clean and comfortable hotel , a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The building is beautiful and the room was really lovely.
We were only there for one night , if we had stayed longer would've asked for more pillows on the the bed - only one very thin pillow, this is just a personal thing and I feel sure if we had asked for more pillows on the next night the staff would oblige.
After arriving late and finding the hotel we were met by a most welcoming man who showed us our room and made sure we had all we needed. Very accommodating. We would stay here again. Muggy outside but the air conditioner had our room really cool.
Didn't really know it was on 4th floor so a little hard to locate but there is an elevator up to the floor.
The hotel is only one block from the Termini Station, so was very convenient for our one-night stopover. Although tiny, our room was spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating; although we were only guests for one night they looked after our luggage during the day after we checked out.
If the airconditioner in our room had worked better, the sleep quality would have been quite good as the windows are double-glazed and keep out most of the noise in this busy area. As it was, we had the windows open part of the night to get some cooler air and my husband got very little sleep. That is our only negative comment for this hotel.
I love the bathroom. It is stylish and very clean. The room is big, clean and tidy. Very quiet. Staff is friendly.
Not enough sun light in the room.
In general the hotel was clean and the bathroom was spacious and nicely designed.
The rooms had no sound isolation. We could hear everything that was going on in the neighbouring rooms. Also everytime someone would close a door on the floor we would hear it loudly. Breakfast was poor. Air conditioning was too old and weak for summer. The location is fair since it's close to Termini, but the neighbourhood doesn't look very safe.
