Andreola Central Hotel    

The rooms were spacious and luxurious and there was a good selection for breakfast.

The reception staff weren't very friendly on arrival.

Nice older hotel, very convenient to train station but also not too bad to walk down to the Duomo

The lobby is beautiful, very old-world and elegant. The staff at reception were very kind.

They had overbooked, so sent me to another hotel down the street, which was in the same class (four stars) but had all the charm of an airport.

Great location, close to station great breakfast realvalue for money .Excellent staff. This was my second stay in less than 10 months from Australia.

The heating was not working even though it wasn't warm outside.

200 metres from Milano Centrale Station. Buffet breakfast was good and staff working in that area very friendly.

Wifi even though advised available in room did not have in room, had to sit in foyer to access so if needed for business definitely do not stay here. Rooms even though we were upgraded looked very tired. Carpets could be replaced.

The rooms are clean. Breakfast is pretty good in Italian terms with scrambled eggs and bacon. Wifi is now free as well. Location is great too being only 3 mins walk from Milano Centrale and the airport shuttle bus stop.

The air con was a bit noisy. It would be nice to have a electric kettle in the rooms for tea and coffee.

The room and bathroom were quite big which was a nice surprise taking into account that usually hotel rooms in Italy are quite small. Wifi in room, good breakfast though if you come later there are few things left and staff is not on hurry to refill it, only after asking they do that. But in general I liked that hotel.

In the morning staff cleaning rooms are quite noisy and speaks loudly just beside your door.

The aircon does not seem to be working and I have to open the window which in the end I have to smell a whole night of exhaust fume.

The air conditioner was not not functional in the entire hotel . Had to open the windows to be ale to sleep at night and the noise was disturbing.

I liked the location close to metro station & Railway station. It is also close to corso Buenos Aires if you want to go shopping. The breakfast is ok, but is the same items everyday. The staff is very friendly.

The Hotel is situated very conviniently - 5min (on foot) from Milan Central Station and just next to Tram Line 1 that goes straight to the city centre - very nice line wity oldfashoned trams (We recommend a ride). The food for breakfast was very good, especially if You have weakness for sweets, varied cakes, cookies etc. The staff was excellent, the service as well. Always helpful and nice. We did like the hotel restaurant as well, located at the top floor. Food was also very nice, I can recommend sea food they serve. The room might not have been the largest, as we booked a superior, but it was very comfortable. Equipped with a comfortable desk, as we did some work on computers during the stay. For electrical adapter for charging, please ask at the Reception. We cdefinitely recommend this Hotel. For the standard it offered, it wasn't really that expensive.

Easy access to Centrale Railway station for bus to airport, trains and underground. The price was very good for the quality of hotel. had a meal in restaurant and food was very good.

Tea and coffee in room would have been nice. Prefer duvet rather than blankets on bed.
