Bathroom was clean. Staff were very friendly making dinner reservations, renting power adaptors. Wi-Fi was equipped. Taxi or cars are unable to stop in front of the hotel. They should have the hotel front cleared for guest drop off. |

Very nice location,just a few blocks from Central station/Shuttle bus stop from airport.Room have enough space to open big suitcase and cleaning was perfect.Breakfast was very nice,especially breakfast room staff was very professional,very good. Room air-conditioner was slightly noisy,buti it worked well. |

Good location near subway and Central train station. The breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special (good compared with many other italian hotels though). Helpful staff at the reception. The room type we booked was a "Junior suite". However, the room we got was just an ordinary room. No extra space, what so ever. We complained at the reception, and the receptionist seemed to have had the same complaint several times before before. He excused himself, and told us that that is what they´ve chosen to call a "Jr suite". Very poor. |

I like the hotel's style. It's classic and quite elegant, very clean and quite. I will definitely return. Breakfast must be improved. Too many sweets in comparison with the limited offer for usual food (e.g. cheese, vegetables, olives, prosciutto, etc |

Convenient location. Attitude of staff. This was my second stay at this hotel - my friend and I visit Milan 3 times a year. On this occasion we had requested a junior suite with twin beds at the time of booking (2 months prior to stay). However, on arrival we were told that they had not received the request, despite my showing them written confirmation. They put us in a small (standard) double room, but then tried to charge us the price of a junior suite on check-out. We had to argue to receive a measly 10% reduction. |

Everithing is poor in his hotel : the heat in the night doesn't exist, the room are too small for this price...and for the breakfast u have to do military school (the space it is too small, and the breakfast is the same every day...) |

I have been visiting about 10 hotels in same price and so far this hotel was the best. I was in room 715 and from one window i could see Duomo and from another window Milano Centrale. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Room need structural repairs |

Very nice room, clean, nice furnished, romantic. The staff was nice and very helpful all the time. Good breakfast with coffe and hot milk in a silverpot. Good location, two minutes walk to airport transfer to Bergamo. |

the stuff was helpful, and the hotel was clean and descend enough for its money. Hotels position is very convenient and verry close to central station with metro connection etc definitely parking is a huge problem (asked us 25 euros to use hotels parking). Also except receptionists the rest of hotels personnel can't speak English at all (but were very kind in any case..) |

The interior of the hotel is very beautiful; rooms are furnished with marble bathrooms, carpeting, wooden furniture and a small HDTV...very different from many hotels in Italy that are far from adequate for the price they charge. The buffet breakfast is vast and well-prepared; the serving staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor offers reasonably priced, good dishes in an elegant atmosphere. The internet is way over-priced; at the hotel next door it is free of charge. |

The location is great. Close to the central station in Milan with easy access to airports. Good location for trip to Monza for the Italian Grand prix. It is possible to walk into Milan city centre and takes about 45 minutes but is just a short taxi or metro trip. The hotel is very comfortable and there are restaurants close by although the hotel has it's own as well. |
