Very cheap but decent quality hotel

I booked a double room but was given a single and no refund of the difference

Our room was not so big, but very comfortable and clean. Service was excellent! Stuff was freindly and helpful. Also we liked breakfast. The kettle was provided as we asked for it. The elivator in the hotel is in classic style and very nice!

One of the staff was really rude. We just told her that we couldn't use the wifi. She was so angry and rude that she even shouted at us.

The hotel is located 5 min from Termini station, once you find the quickest way. Therefore, it is very easy to get to and from the airport by train (platform 24 at Termini), although the landmarks are not as close as you might expect. In other words, if you are not a walker yourself, then it is the best to find your way round Rome by public transport (bus or tube – fare 1.5 euros). As for the hotel itself, we had a superior double room, which was sweet & maintained regularly (our chambermaid did her job extremely well). The staff at the reception were very friendly & helpful, as much as their English allowed them, which was not the case with the staff at breakfast. There is a free wi- fi connection which worked quite well.

We stayed at the hotel seven days and yet breakfast was not at all changed (except for the cakes). In addition, the variety of food was quite scant. Apart from breakfast (food & staff), there is no bath curtain in the bathroom & thus it was very difficult to have a proper shower without having water splashing all around it. Finally, if you want to use the Internet room instead of wireless, you have to pay 2 euros per 15 min or 3 euros for 30 min.

Excellent staff, fantastic room, LOVELY bathroom, nice breakfast, bathroom toiletries provided, lovely new furnishing, nicely decorated. Highly recommended

The location of the hotel is excellent from Termini station. The hotel has an old world charm with a wonderful staff willing to answer any questions. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of towels. On my next trip to Rome, I will certainly stay at this hotel.

I stayed in the 'deluxe' double room on the 4th floor, 27 m2; these have been refurbished, and I found it spacious and very modern. Excellent quality and good price (reductions) on booking.com.

Great value hotel near to the Metro and main train station. Free wifi in the rooms was fantastic.

It's in very good location three minutes walk to central station. Price is very good. Staff is good and friendly. Internet speed is amazing and it's free.

The AC in all hotel was stopped because its November but the weather was bad and the AC is needed. Elevator is very very old. But the hotel is good to stay in no any serious disappointed points.

Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, superb breakfast (our breakfasts were better meals than dinners in pretty pricy restaurants), convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff.

The Location very Good, near The Termini Train station, and there is a Supermarket just Arrond The corner. The room is quiet. Breakest is okay.

The room was very dark even in the day time, and the window is not suposed to be opened. The Illumination is not sufficient. The ventilation is not good, either. Besides, The shower room is very tiny, even the skiny people can hardly turn around. The so called wifi was not available during tow-third of the stay. After check in, the reception need to keep the passport for another hour doing typing jobs, that I have not met during traveling to other countries. Although the reception personnels were all very friendly. After all, I could not feel comfort to be in the room, so I returned late every night.
