This is an excellent 3 star Hotel, spotlessly clean and friendly staff, It is about 15 mins walk from Old Alghero which was just right for us. |

The clean, pleasant room (even though fairly basic) with little balcony. Pleasant & helpful reception staff, easy car parking as not directly in centre (close enough to easily walk in 15 minutes) Breakfast facilities: not enough tables so there was often a queue of people waiting for one: on hot days more parasols on the terrace could have helped, but the day it rained, no solution! Not enough staff at breakfast: the poor waitress was rushed off her feet and coffee came eventually when we'd finished eating. |

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff at the front desk. Also the cleanliness of the room. The room did not have a refrigerator. The staff in the breakfast room (just one particular woman) was always too busy to help the guest. The breakfast food items were seldom replenished. |

The staff was really helpful, nice and the hotel is really great value for money. Nice breakfast with homemade cakes! there was no fridge in the room and no internet connection/pc available for guests (although they helped out with a workaround) |

I thought the staff were brilliant, the room was really clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also very good- better than I had anticipated. It was a bit of a walk into town but it didn't bother us at all and I was glad we were staying there outof the way rather in one of a long line of hotels along the beachfront. I was really happy with the hotel. Occasionally it could be a little noisy from the other rooms or balconies but it was nothing serious and wounldn't stop me using this hotel again if I was returning to the area |

i have stayed at the agedras before 3 years ago, staff are very polite, and the new restuarante open in the town was superb, the setting the food both superb, we like this small hotel, as nothing is too much trouble to improve we do think they could put a fridge mini bar, and tea making facilities in the rooms, apart from this superb, also a mini bus into town couple of times a day would be great |

The rooms were simple but not basic. the location requires a 15 stroll to the old town and the Angedras restaurant is in the town, with a discount for hotel guests. The breakfasts were plentiful and served on a charming balcony |

Very good breakfast - lovely Sardinian pastries. Liked the pretty outside terrace & good to be in a quiet area of town, but only a 10 minute walk to the old town and 3-4 minute walk to sea front. Comfortable room. Lack of English speaking TV channels. |

The staff were helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The pillows were awful (flat as a pancake and hard as rock) and when I asked for different ones I was told that all pillows are the same but I did get more pillows and they were hard and flat too! The bed was a little hard. Their beach was closed due to not being ready and it was quite a walk to a beach that was functional. |

The staff was really friendly, especially the English girl. The coffee at breakfast was excellent. The hotel was far from town centre. The walls were so thin you could hear everything, it was very unpleasant. The hotel has no locker for luggage after check-out, you can leave it only in the basement by the lift and hope for the best. |

Very well maintained hotel with friendly, helpful staff. It's basic but those services it does provide it does very well. The sound proofing between room was the poorest I've experienced in all of the many hotelsI've stayed in. |

The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful when we arrived late and very tired and stressed at the end of a long day walking and diriving, the night before we flew home. She recommende a fantastic local restaurant to us, We had to leave early for the plane (7.30) and we wer offered a hot drink and a croissant in a cellophane packet that was not adequate. |
