Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room spotlessly clean and well serviced every day. Great bathroom with excellent shower. Lovely breakfast. Great value for money.

Noise from adjacent rooms if you have inconsiderate neighbours.

Clean and comfortable, not far from the centre of the town: 10mn walk.

Too close to other buildings in a residential area: from the balcony view of neighbours' apartments . The photos on the website were misleading: the restaurant bearing the same name is located in the old town...not the hotel !

Friendly and helpful staff, good location

We simply overnighted there and did not explore Alghero but value for money was excellent, rooms clean and everything was in order, good breakfest.

Small breakfest room could cause problems if more people were at the hotel.

Typical of italian hotels, it was not very sound proof, you could hear clearly TVs, conversations, high_hill walking, etc. Also, it is not located centrally. About 15 minstrel walk from historic center. Breakfast room too small and range very limited.

They need to look at the breakfast we were there for a week and it was the SAME very day ,breakfast room very small people had to wait outside for table to come free .

we like the position of the hotel,easy walking to centre of alghero,good bars and good restaurants,city full of interesting spots to wonder.certainy will go back,and use your hotel,thanks

The hotel is in a residential area yet close to the old part of the town. You can walk along the seaside to the town centre. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Very friendly desk staff - all four people with whom we had contact. The last morning, we left before breakfast. The male desk clerk offered to make us coffee and even went upstairs to the breakfast room and brought down a plate of cookies for us. Very thoughtful and kind.

Pillows are not great. It's a bit of a walk into the city.

It was a bit noisy. Our room was in the ground floor, so we could hear all the people going up and down. The bed and pillows were rather hard and uncomfortable. But other than that it is a very beautiful hotel, all the rooms have a small balcony and the rooms are new and very neat.

Friendly and helpful staff

The last 2 days workmen started to work on room next to us making loads of drilling noises. However Hotel apologised and gave us small reduction in price for the inconvenience during the 2 days. All work was stopped until we checked out. Hotel responded to our situation! "Forgive and Forget!!"

Very clean and reception staff really friendly and they spoke good English. Rooms are clean and a good size. Peace and quiet in a residential area - Lovely walk along the sea front to the town - but might not be suitable for people who don't like to walk too far (about 20 minutes)

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, the staff on duty offered us coffee on one day and then the rest we had to go and ask for some, which although was good was luke warm. Nice breakfast terrace but one morning it was cold and windy so there were only tables avaiilable inside and there was not enough so we had to wait for other people to finish

A good value three star hotel. Room was spacious, bathroom especially so. Breakfast very good on very pleasant roof top terrace. Staff all very helpful and spoke excellent English

Hotel is a substantial distance from the old town, about 25 mins walk. Room walls very thin, could hear every door closure, curtains being drawn etc Shower doors were very strange design, allowed water to escape onto bathroom floor,ours had panel broken.

Friendly staff and cleanliness of the place. Also being out of town, and in a residential area, it was always easy to find parking although I believe that they have an underground parking.

The tables in the breakfast room were a bit too close to each other. Instead of 3 types of cakes and other sweet items, there could have been more of a variety in bread and crackers, also maybe some eggs in whatever form. Having been in hotels on the island that had a bigger choice, this was a bit of a disappointment. I was told that restaurants were within walking distance to the hotel. This was not quite true. Having just come out of an operation, I was using a crutch so the distance to walk to a restaurant at the end of a day of touring was a bit too much for me. So we would have appreciated it if the hotel had a restaurant and also a swimming pool to cool down in at the end of the day.

The staff was friendly, caring and always smiling. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Not enough sound proofing.

Friendly staff, hotel in a quite location but only a 5 minute walk to the sea and promenade, the fabulous town of Aghero 10 to 15 minute pleasant walk away, private underground "free" parking available
