I like all
We stayed at this place first place in September 2014. The owner contacted us right after booking, I felt this detail made my planning a little easier. the location is perfect as it is 10 min walking distance from Termini, and there are multiple bus/tram/metro stops near by. The 3-person-room was off the busy street, we had better night rest while staying there. Fossi Gelato store is 5 min walking distance. There are several Asain restaurants nearby, which was a welcoming alternative.
September is still very warm in Rome. It was our regret that AC was weak.
Nice place, quite, clean and really close metro station and bus, the receptioner is so funny and nice. High recommend. But high city tax:))
A little bit smell of cat
The Price is what you will expect. I had a good sleep coz it was quite. The location is very close to the metro and termini. The staff was friendly.
There is only a single bathroom for men and 1 bathroom for ladies. The premises of the building seems dangerous but actually not because of the police visibility.
Great place in a great location. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the place. Disagreed with some of the poor reviews
Location was easy to station.
The host was a very helpful and nice person. :) Practical with the coffee and snacks- automat.
The Piazza Vittorio Emanuele is not so very nice, but once you`ve entered the building and moved up with the lift to the hotel, you feel safe and welcome.
Very nice location
Great comfort, space, service with a smile. Very close to all amenities. I would definitely come back.
every thing was good
really close to the metro
no staff available for 24 hours
The room was ok. Personal are friendly Chinese people.
You should never choose the district near Termini station, because it is dirty, bad smelling, seems to be unsafe and very criminal place. There are lots of homeless people on the streets at night.
Facilities a bit far from the room
Location close to metro station
everything is bad
The bedding was clean, the beds comfortable enough. The location is quiet and close to Termini Station for quick arrivals and departures. The metro A Vittorio Emanuele stop is just steps away.
The building and room are a bit rundown, with mildew and broken woodwork in the bathroom. The area around the hotel is not so nice, with homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk and not so well-lit at night.
-they don't accept credit card, even informed 'card accepted'.they should say that before they confirm our book And staff was so rude,no smile,no communication, never say 'hello' during we stay.just listen to music on the sofa at front.and she doesn't speak English, when I complain payment. We couldn't have good time at this hotel.
The location is great, close to metro, Termini station. Good value for the price.
I would not walk alone in this district.
The accommodation fee is reasonable
One of the staff's attitude is nasty. The location doesn't seem to be safe at night. The lock of the bathroom's door is broken.
Clean and Big room.
Front desks were open only during daytime.
It's a nice environment
The area situated
I had a nice welcoming from the staff at my arrival. Excellent location, close to the train center and only 20 minutes walk to Colloseum.
Plenty of space
Dirty walls in the bath
Very nice place to stay.
-The bathrrom didn't have any mirror. -The cleaning service was awful. -TV and bed lamps didn't work.
