I liked the kindness of the staff. Quiet place. Nice room and bed. Also the location is good. Everything clean and my room was cleaned every day!!!!
The shower has a very low pressure it was not so nice... And the guy at the reception spoke not so good english. And the light in the room wasnt very good (because i had to study there a little to normal people it wont matter).
too far from beach
Location, just by the metro, and very very near the Termini Station
The Staff, and the extra charges for arriving late (23h) and no one in desk for keeping the luggage untill we left the last day.
I was lucky as I was offered a warmer double bed room instead, however....
.... I had to pay an extra amount as the one originally booked - and I was told that I can´t have written on the receipt the total amount of the room price plus the taxes. I basically was told off when I asked this for my business expense file.
Very good position and price, kind staff, free wifi connection, clean
most uncomfortable bed ever!
receptionist was nice but there was no 24 h reception it would be a problem. It was nearby to Termini. Microwave , kettle, fridge in kitchen.
not a good neighborhood. You need to shorten your time in order to go back to room. NOT ENOUGH HOT WATER. ONLY 1 PERSON COULD SHOWER!!!!!! IT WAS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM.
One of the worest hotels i been. Bad smell, room and place. I wont pay even 20£.
Great location easy to walk everywhere! If you don't spend much time in the hotel this is perfect! Friendly staff really clean! Great to visit on a budget!
Perhaps a kettle in the room or drink making facilities in the room or even s glass!
The exatly truth is: everything was great, and comfortable. We were 3 there (my brother, my cousin and me), and the room was huge :) The owner (or recepcionist?) was very kind and friendly. Thanks for everything!
There were not problem.
no hot gas
You get what you pay for. Standard room small bathroom . Great location next to a metro station and you get you're own set of keys so you're free to come and go as you please. Vending machine was cheap as well.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Area wans't the most inviting. Bathroom too small
Very cleam room, they made the bed everyday. Clean towels that changed every 2-3 days. Silent area.. Perfect for what we payed for.
Piazza Vittorio Emanuelle is near Termini station, which is considered one of the less safe areas in central Rome.. we had a nice experience and no problem at all but still.. we arrived at night and felt kind of worried wandering around that area
The staff were very friendly and cleaned our room daily. Location was alright. Aircon in the room.
We could hear every noise from reception because our room was right next to it. There was a smoking room and it stunk out the hallway. The shower was pretty average and the water went all over the floor everytime.
The location and staff.
directions to hotel confusing
The location is excellent, near the train station. The room is nice but not amazing, but the price is good, which is very important. also it is located near the metro station so it was very convenient.
Not much. Beds were okay. Room size ok.
€10 late check in fee even though they don't employ staff at that hour. Showers and toilets filthy and NO constant hot water. Always going from hot to cold.
I like all
Location The building
Poor wifi Not clean enough
We stayed at this place first place in September 2014. The owner contacted us right after booking, I felt this detail made my planning a little easier. the location is perfect as it is 10 min walking distance from Termini, and there are multiple bus/tram/metro stops near by. The 3-person-room was off the busy street, we had better night rest while staying there. Fossi Gelato store is 5 min walking distance. There are several Asain restaurants nearby, which was a welcoming alternative.
September is still very warm in Rome. It was our regret that AC was weak.
Nice place, quite, clean and really close metro station and bus, the receptioner is so funny and nice. High recommend. But high city tax:))
A little bit smell of cat
The Price is what you will expect. I had a good sleep coz it was quite. The location is very close to the metro and termini. The staff was friendly.
There is only a single bathroom for men and 1 bathroom for ladies. The premises of the building seems dangerous but actually not because of the police visibility.
Great place in a great location. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the place. Disagreed with some of the poor reviews
Location was easy to station.
The host was a very helpful and nice person. :) Practical with the coffee and snacks- automat.
The Piazza Vittorio Emanuele is not so very nice, but once you`ve entered the building and moved up with the lift to the hotel, you feel safe and welcome.
