Hotellin hyvä sijainti. Hyvä asiakaspalvelu. Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia ja ilmastointi piti suhteellisen kovaa ääntä. Hinta/ laatu suhde kuitenkin hyvä. |

The room was adequete and a decent price. The neighborhood was safe and shops in the area reasonablly priced. Convenient to bus lines. Central. |

It was extremely central for all our sightseeing requirements e.g theVatican, Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps and the Collesium I thought the Reception Area could be a little bigger and brighter |

Location is good, close to Vatican. Services are good including brief information about Rome and what to do. Excellent price for this type of hotel. Lift sometimes has problem, because it's still manual. |

The hotel staff was too kindness. Brocken closet and heir drier. Closet and heir drier were broken. Elevator was too small and not enough for baby car. |

It was a beeeautiful hotel and well worth the money. Big rooms. Tv doesn't have a set English channel but it wasn't a hindrance to us. Be prepared that the shower is a sit-down shower in a bath- I actually liked this. We were extremely impressed with the very friendly staff, nice room, and great location. |

The location I did not have a working toillet or shower. When I asked them to reimburse me for a portion of the room rate, they refused. They never apologized for the inconvenience of the shower or toilet. One gentleman in particular was extremely rude. You should remove this hotel from your site. |

I really didn't have high hopes for this hotel, but I was pleasantly suprised, the room was very roomy very clean, good location, and excellent value for money, I would definately stay there again |

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful The room was smaller than I expected which would not have been a problem if the air con had been more efficient. On the first of our 2 night stay I felt very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. This did improve on the second night as the air con seemed to be working better by then. |
