It was a beeeautiful hotel and well worth the money. Big rooms. Tv doesn't have a set English channel but it wasn't a hindrance to us. Be prepared that the shower is a sit-down shower in a bath- I actually liked this. We were extremely impressed with the very friendly staff, nice room, and great location. |

The location I did not have a working toillet or shower. When I asked them to reimburse me for a portion of the room rate, they refused. They never apologized for the inconvenience of the shower or toilet. One gentleman in particular was extremely rude. You should remove this hotel from your site. |

I really didn't have high hopes for this hotel, but I was pleasantly suprised, the room was very roomy very clean, good location, and excellent value for money, I would definately stay there again |

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful The room was smaller than I expected which would not have been a problem if the air con had been more efficient. On the first of our 2 night stay I felt very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. This did improve on the second night as the air con seemed to be working better by then. |

Location was great, walking distance to the center and the Vatican. Room was very clean and quiet, air-conditioned and reasonably big. There was also a small frigde in the room, which was great. Bathroom was also clean and functional. |

On our arrival, the receptionist was helpful in recommending the attractions. Yes, first night,our room did not have any electricity.Hotel staff didn't change our rooms, so we didn't couldn't even shower after a day of sightseeing in 35 degree heat & slept with no air conditioning.The manager did not see this as an inconvenience, and he only took 20 euro off the price of our "pre-paid" accomodation.We didn't even get the chance to speak to the manager to dispute the refund! |
