The street is reasonably quiet. The location is great. The lack of internet access is a big problem. Breakfast could be better. |

First and foremost the owner Angelina was superb!! Very helpful and very enthusiastic! Breakfast had a good variety to choose from and was tasty. Convenient to the train station. At the top of the hotel there is a nice terrace to relax and enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if in Florence. |

The accommodation was in a great location to the heart of Florence and its transport and other amenities. The room was fantastic and the owners were extremely helpful to ensure my stay was memorable and comfortable. Highly recommend the Hotel to others. |

The staff spoke English and were very helpful. It was located one block from the train station, which made it ideal for those traveling by train. There were alot of stairs, there is a lift but like most Europian lifts it is small and slow. Parking was also a problem. During the day it is next to impossible to get a parking spot there. They will park your car for you for a flat rate of 20 Euro a day, but if you are parking at night it is not so much of a problem. |

The owners/staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is on a fairly quiet street, 5 min walk from the bus/train station and 10 min walk to the duomo etc, so the location is excellent. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. Highly recommended. |

Location was great (near train station and Duomo). Angelica was welcoming, and was a great host. Room was small but neat, with new furnishings. Construction noise from the street. 4 flights of stairs, but there is a lift. |

Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, good situation near railwaystation, room was clean, good shower...When I go to Firenze next time, I would book this hotel. It was family hotel and there was nobody in reseption from midnight to 7 a.m. It was difficult to come hotel after midnight. |

The staff/owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms along the via Fiume side do experience traffic/street noise. |

I liked that we arrived in Firenze at 10 am and we could make the check in early and get to the room to leave our luggages and use the bathroom , wich was very clean.Also the localization. I dont understand how can a little hotel be 90 euros a day for a couple and Ibis(MUCH Better) be 60 euros in Paris . I wanted to pay with visa card and they told me that the machine was broken and I had to pay with money(cash), I didnt program that way , also I left the hotel at 6:50 am and there wasnt anybody at the reception, and the breakfast is to late(7:30) I couldnt eat before leaving |

Hotel is very near to the Ferrenzi train station about 3 min walk. Nice location to all tour starting points. Good restaurants in this area. Rooms are spacious and peaceful. Well managed property and would like to returhn to the same in future visits. Small breakfast which is usual in Italy |

Hotel Angelica is situated near the main railway station and also near to the center of Florence. I have found this perfect position very comfortable. The owners are friendly, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable attached with an excellent bathroom and shower. Breakfast is plentiful and included in room price. A real family atmosphere. |

The hotel has an excellent location near the railway station on a small street with relatively little of noisy traffic. Only 10 minutes walk to the Dome. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. Moreover, the breakfast was acceptable if not great. We were in this hotel in the beginning of February and the nights were still very cold. However, the central heating was swithched on only in the evenings and mornings. We were freezing in the night. |
