The room was very cold during night time. The reception did not accept credit card and asked me to pay by cash. They should have explained the reason when I checke in! They also did not return my passport until my check-out. They should work more speedy! |

清潔感があり、気に入りました。只、支払いにクレジットカードが使えればOK、１日めシャワーの温度が低すぎ、２日目になおりました。 |

クレジットカードが使えない。英語等に自信がないなら避けたほうが無難。女性一人では立地的に怖いかもしれません。 ホテル自体は価格からすれば妥当かもしれません、ただクレジットカードのシールが貼ってあるにも関わらず使えないから現金でと支払い時に言われました。チェックインの際にもパスポートＮｏの記入等に時間がかかっていたら書いてあげるから一晩パスポートを預かりますと言われ返して下さいと言っても明日の朝に返すの一点張りで御好意でやって頂いたのはわかりますが少しコレはないな・・・と思いました。またチェックアウト後に荷物を2時間程度預かって頂いたのですが荷物を引き取りに行った際に再び部屋代を払うよう言われて驚きました、領収書を見せて納得して頂きましたが再度利用しようとは思いません。 |

駅からも近く旧市街へも徒歩圏内で大変便利な場所にありました。気さくでとても親切なご夫婦で滞在中はホテルに戻るのが楽しみでした。フィレンツェの旅が素晴らしいものになりました。 |

駅に近くて、清潔だし、おじいちゃんとおばあちゃんの温かみが感じられるホテルでした。イタリアっぽい雰囲気はあまりなく、部屋の感じはシンプルですが、観光で昼間に部屋を空けるのなら、いいのではないでしょうか？でもホテルに行くまでのエレベーターはレトロで良かったです。リーズナブルなレストランを紹介してもらったのですが、おいしくて素敵なトラットリアでした。朝食もハムもあり、おいしかったです。値段からして、絶対お勧めです。 |

改装されたばかりで、非常にきれい。湯量も温度も文句なし。立地もノベッラ駅やバス停（空港行きのバスも含めて）が非常に近くて便利。私たちは、飛行機がおくれて、到着が夜の12時を過ぎたが、ちゃんと待っていて頂いて大変助かった（電話してくださいとは言われましたが・・・）。挙句の果てに連れの荷物がフィレンツェ空港でロストしたが、翌日夕刻になっても空港から届かないのでホテルの方に相談したら、色々アドバイスしていただいて助かりました。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも快く引き受けていただいて感謝するばかりです。 朝食は、品種が少なめですが、品質に不満はありません。 |

The street is reasonably quiet. The location is great. The lack of internet access is a big problem. Breakfast could be better. |

First and foremost the owner Angelina was superb!! Very helpful and very enthusiastic! Breakfast had a good variety to choose from and was tasty. Convenient to the train station. At the top of the hotel there is a nice terrace to relax and enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if in Florence. |

The accommodation was in a great location to the heart of Florence and its transport and other amenities. The room was fantastic and the owners were extremely helpful to ensure my stay was memorable and comfortable. Highly recommend the Hotel to others. |

The staff spoke English and were very helpful. It was located one block from the train station, which made it ideal for those traveling by train. There were alot of stairs, there is a lift but like most Europian lifts it is small and slow. Parking was also a problem. During the day it is next to impossible to get a parking spot there. They will park your car for you for a flat rate of 20 Euro a day, but if you are parking at night it is not so much of a problem. |

The owners/staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is on a fairly quiet street, 5 min walk from the bus/train station and 10 min walk to the duomo etc, so the location is excellent. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. Highly recommended. |

Location was great (near train station and Duomo). Angelica was welcoming, and was a great host. Room was small but neat, with new furnishings. Construction noise from the street. 4 flights of stairs, but there is a lift. |

Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, good situation near railwaystation, room was clean, good shower...When I go to Firenze next time, I would book this hotel. It was family hotel and there was nobody in reseption from midnight to 7 a.m. It was difficult to come hotel after midnight. |
