location,size of the room,felt like having your own apartment in the center of Rome.

we stayed in the bottom floor and there was absolutely no wi fi coverage.

A actual very very comfortable double bed (not 2 single beds pushed together) Very secure building so your valubles were safe. Location was good, safe neighbourhood. Although breakfast was very disapointing, where you have it is a excellent cafe/pub where the staff are brilliant (Andrew in particular)

The toilet in the room,eco-friendly but very dodgy as it just does not flush properly. When the staff were there, they were helpfull but hardly saw them. Breakfast was (a very nice) a small pastry and a coffee, not enough to set you up for the day though. Do not go to the restaurant opposite hotel, terrible.

Staff was wonderful. Location can't be beaten. Quiet. Huge room. Honestly no complaints.

Location in the middle between railway station Termini and Colloseum. It's apartments, not the hotel. We had one on the ground floor. They give you vouchers for breakfast in the cafe next door - coffee, croissant, juice. Fridge in the room.

Not too clean, they don't clean the room every day. Very cold, the conditioner did not help. This is the apartment for a simple stay, do not hope for smth special. Wi-fi did not reach the ground floor, though in the cafe next door you can catch their wi-fi. For the end of December it was one of the lowest prices in this area which made my choice.

Very good situated small hotel. These are three (or four?) rooms in the flat on the second level of the residence building. The breakfast is included, but you need to go to the nearest cafe to take it (3 metres from your building door)))). The breakfast include one croissant (very fresh) and cup of coffee (very good).

The floor in the room is cold so you need to have slippers with you.

The boss is really nice. She showed us a lot useful information in the map and also recommended us a wonderful restaurant:) They also provided us a great breakfast in the downstarts bar which is owned by a Chinese boss, he is nice :) I like the salad in the bar.

We were allocated an apartment a few doors down from Angelinibedrooms, I suppose the owner has a few properties. Couldn't fault it though, it was a huge apartment with full kitchen facilities, living room and bathroom. It was conveniently located within all the main sights of Rome.

Bar next to Hotel tried to rip us off by inflating prices. Chinese next to bar charges 3 euro to sit down. Food was ok but staff continually argued and shouted at each other. Very unprofessional staff!!!

The location, the price and the bedrooms are a lot better compared to the photos on the site

Отличное местоположение отеля. До всех достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Номера убирали каждый день. Прекрасная шумоизоляция от соседей. Вкусный кофе на завтраке.

Скудный европейский завтрак: сок, кофе, булочка.

Отличная гостиница,правда больше гостевой дом, чем гостиница.Стандартная комната,большая ванная комната.Уборка и смена белья - каждый день. Есть Wi-Fi, правда лучше ловит на верхних этажах, чем на нижнем. Завтрак внизу в кафе. Вкусные круассаны, чашка кофе или чая и сок Располагается в 10 минутах ходьбы от вокзала и в 15-20 минутах до всех достопримечательностей Рима

Quarto bastante acolhedor, asseado. As pessoas da receção foram impecavéis, chegamos ao hotel perto da 1h da manhã, e estavam à nossa espera. A localização é excelente, dá para ir a pé a todo lado e por sua vez também é perto da termini, onde temos metro, comboio,etc..O Pequeno almoço é pequeno mas bastante saboroso.

Apenas do chuveiro, não tinha muita pressão. Mas, recomendámos com toda a certeza esta residencial, em relação preço-qualidade é ótimo!

отличное местоположение, рядом супермаркет, вокзал и все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. шумоизоляция идеальная, чисто и уютно. на рецепции работает дружелюбнейшая девушка, она нам порекомендовала, что смотреть, где покупать и где поесть, обязательно ее послушайте. по ее совету мы питались в Mazzini Caffeteria по адресу viale Mazzini, 75. вкуснейшая домашняя кухня почти в 2 раза дешевле, чем на туристических тропах. хозяин заведения фабио - милейший человек, передавайте ему привет от светланы, и можете рассчитывать на бонус). в общем, от отеля остались прекрасные впечатления, обязательно туда вернемся!

Le service, étant de départ le dimanche, personne a qui remettre les clés, la femme de ménage entre sans prévenir à 8h du matin dans la chambre et ne comprenais rien (pas un mot d'anglais, meme l'italien etait difficile) Pas de possibilités de laisser les valises dans le B&B pour visiter la journée avt le départ. Ils nous conseiller de la laisser au restaurant chinois au pied de l'immeuble nos valises ac affaires personnels ... Heuresement que nous avions des amis chez qui les déposer !

La ubicación es excelente. La atención fantástica y te explica los lugares y restaurantes mejores de la zona. Lo recomiendo. Habitaciones parquet, nevera.

Удобное месторасположение: 10 минут до колизея, 10 минут до ж/д вокзала. В номере есть холодильник, фен для волос, кондиционер, работающий на обогрев (для путешествующих в холодное время года - очень и очень полезная вещь), довольно шустрый интернет. По выходным работает женщина из Украины, которая давала нам дельные советы. Да и вообще отель весьма атмосферный: расположен в жилом доме, что-то вроде наших комуналок, в номере очень уютно (хоть комната была и небольшая) и чисто.

Situation idéale pour découvrir le centre historique de Rome à pied.

La señora que estaba encargada nos explico todo de Roma, como movernos, que hacer... muy simpática. La habitación grande y limpia, parece que vives en un piso compartido, tienes las llaves de todo y puedes moverte con libertad. El desayuno es en el bar de al lado, un café y bollería. La casa está muy bien situada para ir andando a cualquier lugar de Roma además de a 5 minutos de Termini. Recomendable para viajes de 4 o 5 días con la intención de patear la capital italiana.

Отель расположен таким образом, что куда бы вы не шли, вы все равно пройдете мимо Колизея или "пишущей машинки", очень приятное место, и в китайском ресторане внизу очень вкусно. Номера находятся прямо в жилом доме с крошечным лифтом, можно почувствовать себя настоящим римлянином.

Дверь-купе в ванную не закрывается до конца, остается щель в 5 сантиметров, это доставляет огромные неудобства! Пол каменный (?), поэтому очень холодный, берите с собой тапочки.
