Price Location Staff, very friendly and helpful Informal atmosphere, it is more like a big apartment rather than a hotel Fast wifi, can stream videos
A bit weak wifi signals, altough a fast connection the signal would drop regularly.
Location. Shower. clean towels and bed made every day.
Hard place to find with only a little plaque on the door. Breakfast was not on the premises and was only a cup of tea/coffee, one croissant and a Glass of juice. Noisy at night. Definitely NOT what the photos show online!
Clean, value for money accommodation within minutes walk from major attractions and sights. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in this part of Rome.
Caring staff. Good location. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The room is spacious, quiet.
The owner is very sweet and very helpful!
Warm and informative welcome
The woman that owns the place is wonderful.
a great location. big room. clean. they change the towels every day. the personal is very kind
breakfast is very poor. only a croissant, a juice and a coffe.
The lady was our angel. Showed us the places were to eat, showed us best options how to plan the city logistics.Even more. After we left the hotel we realized we have forgotten a package in the room. She was very helpfull and after 4 days we had our package back in our hands.
The breakfest was "fun". It is served very near BUT what you get is a funny
The location was great - short walk to the station, Colesseum, Metro and Maria Maggiore. Lots of restaurants nearby. Ten minute walk to the Opera. Really fabulous was Lory the host- she was amazingly helpful and friendly.
good location, frendly staff
Good location near terminal, reasonable walk to all major sights. Staff were very accommodating, room was modest but very clean and comfortable.
Toilet system. You have to flush may times in the hope it will all go away. Very noisy street. Best to stay in back room.
Having a refrigerator was a bonus.
We were really happy with accommodation but had a small problem with door that cost us 2 hours.
Lack of English spoken for non local tourist.
very good location
WiFi is terrible
I like everything about this place. It is right at the centre of the city, close to the railway station, 10 minute walk to Colloseum and Roman Forum. The owner (Angelini?) gave us many good tips so we save money by not buying Rome Pass and going to really good and reasonably priced restaurants. The room is spacious and very new. It looks modern like any 3 or 4 star hotel. All the facilities are included. They gave us voucher to have breakfast right at the bar closeby. It is very convenient and we couldn't say enough about this place. It is just too good to be true.
Nothing. Everything is perfect.
The location was fantastic....close to public transport, main attractions, cafes/restaurants, shopping, laundrymat. The room we stayed in was comfortable.
We stayed for 5 nights which included a weekend....it was rather noisy on Friday & Saturday night - nothing some earplugs didn't fix. The plumbing was typical of the places we stayed throughout Italy (referring to the smell, weird noises and time delay from pushing the flush button to actually flushing!).
The location is good, 10min walking from the train station, which was very important for us. The B&B was clean, with simple but large and comfortble room. The main problems are the poor breakfast (just a juice, a roll and a hot drink in a bar downstairs) and the lack of someone after 5pm till 9am and on saturdays and sundays. At those periods it wasn't impossible, for instance, to use the computer.
Staff was helpful. They did care.
Very poor cleanliness. I can't really say much about the other rooms but we stayed at the ground floor of the apartment and it was pretty dirty. Interior of the room was also poor quality.
Very good advises from receptionist, room very calm and proper (inside room "apollo"), location from Town center colosseum and central termini station. No surprises.
