Staff very accommodating. I asked him to call me a taxi to take me to the train station on the morning I was leaving, and he said, "I'll take you there in my car." And he did! A little hard to find, but very rewarding. |

The room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely rustic charm while being thoroughly modern in facilities. We were delighted with the ambiance, and enjoyed having breakfast served in our room. The proprietor was extremely nice and helpful upon our arrival, and gave us nice suggestions for dinner that evening where her guests receive a 10% discount. We choose this hotel in part because it listed airport pick-up as a service. We were picked up with no problem, but it had not been clear that this would mean an extra 15 euro charge on our bill (which she wanted in cash under the table). This charge should be explained up front so it does not come as an unwelcome surprise. It also took a little longer than expected to check out in the morning, as the proprietor was dealing with new arrivals at the time. There didn't seem to be any other staff to deal with us, and we were pressed for time. |

absolutely charming place! stylish and cosy. Pleasant smell of the wooden ceiling fills the room, all equipment is modern. Courtyard accompanies the general impression of the historical corner of Italy. The mistress and the staff were extremely welcoming and polite. Well, we really enjoyed staying there, 100% worth the value. |

It´s close to Citta Del Alto. We was promised beeing fetched by the trainstation, but Paolo must have forgotten.Nobody in the staff understood english when we wanted to discuss the price.The electricity wen out at about 111 p.m, and didn´t work until 7.40 a.m next morning.And most important,no receip, which i need.It was much better this summer, and I am disappointed. |

Everything was just excellent and really above our expectations. Very nice and clean hotel what has keeped old centuries spirit, with very friendly stuff and hospitable owner, who was always ready to help with any questions. all was just perfect !!! |

Excellent B&B in the centre of Bergamo. Nice room with all comfort (except bad) and very good breakfast and hosts I thought there would be free parking spot at the B&B included in the room rate |

We only stayed one night but the owners were great. They brought us a early breakfast because we were leaving at 6:00 am and also provided transportation to the airport. The hotel room was very large with heavy wood beamed ceilings and tile floors all in excellent condition. We will make sure to stay their again on our next trip. |

We had arranged with the proprietor Paolo to meet us at the airport. The short distance from the airport to Angolo Del Poeta made it an easy transfer. (15 mins) Paolo's relaxed style and local knowledge and advice enabled us to settle in quickly and start enjoying our break immediately. As an example he recommended a local restaurant which is off the beaten track and used by the local community. It was first class and gave us a true taste of local cooking. We particularly enjoyed the traditional style of our apartment. Angolo Del Poeta is within walking distance of all the transport links and local sites in Bergamo, although the local bus service is very good for those who don't wish to walk. No. We would stay at Angolo Del Poeta again. |

We were treated as honored guests. It is a level of service I have never seen anywhere in our travels. Far above what we have come to expect even in Italy where service is very high and Hotels treat patrons with a great deal of attention.We were looked after like family. We only spent one night there and it was quite memorable. We like everything about it. |

The hosts are very nice and friendly. they provide us with transportation from/to airport what was very convenient. the location is very good- in center, not far from old city, shopping area and train/bus stations. during our stay was very hot (more than +32) and sleeping in the rooms with no air conditioner was very difficult |

The charme. The owner lives there and has 8 rooms so it is more correct to call this B&B. You can have your breakfast in the room for free. Bergamos old town is great. It was the smallest hotel sign I ever had seeen so be sure to have the adress with you. |

My room had "problem" so I was accommodated to another (bigger) room at no extra charge. The owner was extremely nice and very, very helpful. Due to my early departure they prepared everything I might need for a breakfast in the room, they called me taxi in advance, and they offer free transfers from the airport/train station. The hotel itself is located in a small neat yard and the rooms have lovely design. |
