The hotel is located in Piazza Sempione area, which isn't on the main maps. Easily accessible via bus routes, and extremely easy to find, staying outside of the city meant you get a lot more for your money and the hotel did not disapoint, friendly staff, always clean and tidy, shame the airconditioning wasn't switched on as the room did get hot in the night. Location, we were unsure about the area, seemed a bit rough, but we were non the wiser. |

It has a wonderful design and architecture. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. Internet service is fast, secure and free! It's conveniently located and, best of all, an excellent value for the money! The neighbourhood was not really nice. |

Good location of the hotel and good public traffic conection to the rest of the citty. Very cooperative staff, helping you with different informations that may interest foreign turists, besides things concerning the stay in the hotel. Very pleasant restaurant and correct breakfast offer |

the room was clean and comfort, also recently constructed. The staff was very helpful not so significant, but I expected to see a variety of italian cheese (famous mozzarella) at breakfast. Also the distance from the city center is a disadvantage, although there is quite convenient transport. |

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very clean and the staff is kind and helpful. It is really far away from the city center, but once you find out exactly what bus you need to take it is ok. It still takes 30-40 minutes to Termini station. The breakfast could have been richer, it was not proper for a 4* hotel. |

Clean and modern rooms. Friendly and helpfull staff. Connection to centre of Rome is good, with the bus you are are at the central station in +- 15 min. Very good value for money. Air conditioning did not cool while we where there. However, with the windows open the room was cool enough at night. Altough the road is not busy, with the windows open there was some noise from cars passing by.... |

The breakfast was very good (apart from the warm UHT milk) and having free access to the internet in our room was really good. The staff spoke good english and were quick to respond to our requests On our arrival we were not shown to our room neither were the facilities explained to us eg how to work the safe and fridge was not working when we arrived. Also we had no access to English speaking channels (apart from the monotonous MTV) on the TV in our room - but in the breakfast room the BBC News 24 channel was always on - to be fair we never complained about the TV in our room as we had a PC |

The staff was friendly and attentive and it was close to a bus stop that took you to the main train station The hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but to me it seemed as if it was a 3-star hotel. The rooms were small and the amenities in the room were not four star quality. And the beds were only two single beds pushed together which wasn't so nice for us since we were on our honeymoon! |

Good value for money, free wireless internet, good breakfast selection, clean and comfortable room. Room was a bit small, but adequate. Location was not completely central, but was in a quiet neighbourhood and was easy to get to by bus. |
