This hotel has good, modern decor and is very clean. Reception staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful for Italy and we even had bacon and eggs! It could be considered a bit far from the city but it is on a very direct bus route which only costs 1 euro. The price reflects the distance from the city and therefore it is good value for the money. |

Friendly staff. The breakfast was very good, everithing was fresh and the dining area very clean. They also has an excelent coffe and croissants. the room was wery clean. There are also a few good restaurants near by where you can have a pizza or italian pastas. A little bit far from the touristic spots, we had to use the public transport to get to the centre and this took us like 30 minutes by bus. The wireless internet was very bad. However, they were kind enough to let us use the reception computer to check-in for our return flight. |

The room was very clean and modern. Staffs are very nice. The breakfest is also not bad. The soundproof in the room is not so good. It was somehow noisy during night, because our room was next to street. |

The hotel staff were warm, efficient and helpful. The room we stayed in needed the walls re-painting, they were covered in scuff marks some from shoes or dirty luggage. I can't imagine what previous guests did (wall walking). There are four restaurants within 400 metres. Two are excellent Sa Sardiglia (20 metres from hotel) and hm (200 metres). |

Free wi-fi. The walls between rooms seem to be paper-thin. If you have noisy neighbours, you are not going to sleep very well. Generally, I have to say that I cannot understand how this is classified as a four-star hotel. |

The bed was rather comfortable and I liked the fact that there was low-calorie food available at breakfast. The coffee was quite good too. |

Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The hotel was not in a good location, atleast a 20 min journey from the main station and the neighbourhood wasn't good. They tried to charge me for something from the minibar I didn't have. Not sure how the Hotel was marketed with 4 stars?!! It was not worthy of them. |

It was really clean and tidy, service was at really high level as well. We were explained where most of the sightseeings were located and how to get there. Maybe the location, it is not that bad though. The neighborhood was quite ok. Shops were nearby. I would recommend using the 90 bus instead of the 84 as the later seemed to be a bit off schedule. It really took us about 15 min to get to Termini. |

We spent there 6 nights and were very satisfied with all the services (room, breakfast, communication with hotel staff). The hotel and the rooms are clean and very modern equipped (incl. big LCD screens). For connection to Termini (about 15 min.) we used bus line no. 90 or 90d - bus stop called Sempione is close to hotel. We could recommend this hotel for our friends. Bad sound insulation between the rooms and from the street. |

The staff was absolutely amazing, they made our stay in Rome that much more enjoyable by just being there for us and providing useful information. They generally went above and beyond. Our favorite concierge was a man named Luca, he spoke fluent english and wanted to help us all he could. The hotel is out of the way of the city center, but is right by two buses that can take you wherever you need to go in Rome. The television needed more channels, the fridge didn't work. Every other complaint I have was easily solved by the staff. |

The hotel looks like brand new, the big LCD screen, wireless for free in the room, cleaniness of the room, and staff was nice. A bit far from the center, but connections by bus to Roma Termini are good (90 or 90d). |

The bus stop just few meters away, although the hotel is far from centre, but bus connection is good. We booked double room and were given two-in bed.The bed were not fixed, if one sits with the back towards the wall the bed shifted front and one have to get down and put the bed again in place. So not possible to sit on the bed and there is no other place to sit in the room. |

We got a great deal for this hotel and even though it is a bus ride away from the train station I thought it was excellent value and a great spot to make a base for sightseeing.. The number 90 or 90d bus drops you right across the road from the street it is in.. just remember to catch the 4n bus at night to get back.. room was comfortable and clean.. bathroom was fabulous.. great pressure.. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The quality of the room was excellent, bed very comfortable and nice modern furnishings. The cleaning standard was excellent too, although sometimes the cleaning staff forgot to include a new toilet roll or a bar of soap (however it was no problem to get another from the front desk staff). The breakfast (included in the room price) was okay. There was a fairly large selection of items but personally I would have preferred other things to eat, for example some fresh plain bread (rather than the sweet bread / pastries being served). However I must say that the cappucino freshly made was wonderful. |
