the staff's really good, i lost my wallet on the checking desk when i checked out, however, the staff ran after me to the supermaket to return it to !!i was really thankful becaues all ay cash and cards are inside my wallet, if i lost it , i really cannot immagine how poor i would be!!! the staff cannot speak English, his son can, but not in at that timeand the light are a little dim

Behind the doors there is a lovely kept Hotel. The street the Hotel is in is not the best! Arrived after traveling for two days solid and arrived early. We were happy to wait for check-in, but upon asking if we could at least use a toilet, we were told "Not for Public Use"??? Weren't we paying guests?? This made time walking around an uneventful untidy area of Ankona very difficult. We came back to 'Papa" who let us in an hour early - Big Thankyou to Papa!! Just useful for a stopover because of position.

After my booking on the internet I looked up the location on Google Earth so when I arrived from Croatia and made my way to the railway station I found the hotel after an easy ten minute walk. The owners were very friendly and the room was near and clean with nice shower etc. Next morning I found the breakfast to be nice I would recomend this hotel even though the neighbourhood seems a little dingy especially at night. Overall good value. Kiwi White Port Lincoln South Australia.

It is a very nice hotel. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Thera are some supermarkets near by and small market next door. The rooms are quite big and clean there are air conditions and internet. In three minutes by walk from the hotel there is a bus station where there are buses to take to go to beaches outside of Ancona or you can ask owner of the hotel to take you to beaches and then bring you back by his car for some extra money. When I stayed at the hotel there was only one girl speaking English.

i gestori dell'hotel sono molto accoglienti, gentili con la clientela. la pulizia della camera ottima. il ristorante convenzionato con l'hotel per la mezza pensione è ottimo, buona la cucina, bello l'ambiente, molto accogliente il personale (lo chef, l'ultima sera, è venuto a salutarci!).

E' economico ed in una posizione a 800 metri dalla stazione ed 800 metri dalla zona industriale. Le stanze sono dignitose, lo staff gentile. La trattoria convenzionata con l'albergo è ottima, sia per la qualità del cibo sia per la cortesia. La zona è pessima, il mercato c'è il martedì ed il venerdì ed in quei due giorni c'è molto rumore la mattina presto. Le stanze sono poco illuminate, non hanno persiane per la luce della mattina, non c'è il frigobar portatevi in camera qualcosa da bere per la notte.

La struttura internamente è stata ristrutturata da poco con molto garbo e molta sapienza. Purtroppo l'esterno, non ancora ristrutturato, conferisce all'albergo vun aspetto tetro, che mal introduce, invece, la semplice eleganza e confort dell'interno

Si trova a ridosso di una piazza nella quale si svolge un mercato rionale ed accanto ad un magazzino ortofrutticolo. La piazza può essere agevole per il parcheggio ma solo nei giorni in cui non c'è il mercato.

L'albergo è situato in una zona frequentata da spacciatori e non ha parcheggio custodito.Nelle camere puzza di fumo,mancanza di riscaldamento e assenza di persiane o tapparelle per l'oscuramento.
