The location is on the central but very nice street. The hotel owners are very helpful and the building itself is beautiful.

The staff almost do not speak English, the bathroom was not comfortable, the breakfast was all in packages - almost no fresh food.

Nice family environment and a boutique hotel which seems like a museum.

WiFi was the only thing that didn't really work. Very weak signal.

The hotel is very close to Via Vanucci (main street of Perugia), is ran by a nice old couple, that are really happy to help you feel at home. Good wifi and good sleeping quality

    The bathroom was really small

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were antique and comfortable. A really nice stay in the centre of perugia's old town!

Location in the city centre. Quality - service/price reasonable.

Wi Fi really poor near the hall. No internet connection in the rooms.

Poor cleanness, poor breakfast, very old and shabby building.

It was an absolutely gorgeous experience. Totally unlike all hotels we had stayed at before. Fantastic ancient house in the very heart of the historical town, rooms more like a cosy but luxury though very old private appartment than a hotel, a decorated fireplace in the spacious room, huge balcony with a cabinet stuffed with all kinds of books, the owners - an aged and very friendly couple.

Tiny bathroom (though understandable in such an old house which was meant without any bathrooms when it was built in 1630). No lift (though good for health if you are not ill). Problematic parking (the hotel offers to park in some distant street for free or at a parking for a discounted price, but is not easy to find these. Though not impossible. Adds to the spirit of adventure too.)

Very sweet couple who run the hotel; excellent location - a minute away from the main square (Corso Vannucci); The hotel is placed within an old building and it is very reminiscent of older times, very nicely kept

5 flights of stairs to reach the hotel entrance

If you don't mind the 52-step climb, this is an excellent choice. My room had an enclosed solarium with a real live rubber tree. Lovely old former palace. Good breakfast. No English spoken, but the signora is most friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to the mini-train that connects with the train station.

    Only the climb

The staff was wonderful ! They accommodate all your needs. The hotel is actually an old palazzo nobile so there is a lot of charm as you go from Reception to your room. Also the location is ideal. You are very near Corso Vannucci and all main attractions in Perugia.

This is not only hotel , you will feel Home here , Signora Emma and family will welcome you with smile and would offer you best hospitality , just 200 meters from centre , Hotel is built in 16th century historical building. Would love to stay here again !!! Abdul (karachi-pk)

It will be better if Bath box would be of big size. 3 Flight of stairs if you are accompanied by senior citizen or heavy suite cases.

    The location was very convenient.

Bathroom was a bit antiquated and a swishy shower.
