Very nice staff.Cleanliness and comfort of rooms. Good location.

No parking place, no frig in room and breakfest to be included in room price.

Central location to sight seeings. Good interior design.

Sewage in the shower was not working well. Very noisy due to close ongoing construction site. Very loud due to bus station for tourists and their luggage noise.

It is a nice Hotel. The people were very courteous. The location is perfect.

Nothing to complain about except that the TV did not work.

Not really a hotel in the usual sense. Rooms on the 4th floor of an office building with two entrances -- one to the Bijou "Hotel" run by the same owner and one clerk handling both. Wireless was not working.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from most tourist attractions, the price is reasonable. My husband and I were travelling with my mother in law and we stayed in a triple room. The room was spacious, very clean. Although we were near a quite busy area of the city, we heard no noise and slept very well. If you are looking for no- frills travelling, I would recommend this place.

The hotel is located in the third floor of an old building. To go up, you need to take a very old lift or use the stairs. We had no problems with the staff in the hotel, but they are not very friendly. A few more smiles would have been welcome. Sometimes they can be quite bossy. One inconvenient is that you have no freedom to operate the air conditioning. The remote control stays at reception and you need to request them to turn it on or turn if off when needed. The problem is that if you feel cold in the middle of the night, you would need to get up, walk to reception, request them to come to your room (you are not allowed to take the remote control yourself!!!) and turn it off. But, if you are travelling no-frills, I see no reason why you should not stay in this hotel.

The room was beautiful and charming and the location is perfect in gorgeous Florence.

Lovely hotel and absolutely wonderful location, quiet area and 5-10mins walk to the Duomo. Highly recommended by me for sure!

Colazione a 10 euro troppo cara; non l'abbiamo fatta; problema nel bagno dove la doccia allagava il pavimento;

Hotel situato alle spalle della stazione Ferroviaria Santa Maria Novella, quindi proprio a due passi dal centro, una posizione ottima che ti permette di essere nei luoghi di maggior interesse in pochissimi minuti. La nostra stanza, una tripla, era decisamente spaziosa, cosa fondamentale essendo appunto in tre a dividerla!! Lo staff è stato sempre molto cordiale e disponibile (sia di giorno, ma anche di notte). Che dire, Hotel in cui torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatisaimo!

Nasz pobyt w hotelu 28/09-07/10/2011 wspominam bardzo miłe. Lokalizacja wspaniała !! Wszędzie blisko, centrum zabytkowe można zwiedzać piechotą i do późnego wieczoru, obok na uliczce znajduje się regionalny rynek, mnóstwo kawiarenek a także dworzec bardzo blisko. Obsługa przesympatyczna, miła i bardzo pozytywnie nastawiona do turystów. Pokój bardzo czysty,gustownie urządzony, z klimatyzacją.
