Acceso muy rápido desde la estación. Buena habitación, amplia y el baño en muy buen estado. |

The hotel was only a short walk from the train station, and was also very convenient to walk to local markets, restaurants, and sites. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and bright. Price was good, and made for a great extended weekend trip. Bed was a little too firm for me. |

- Location excellent, close to rail stn yet quiet street, very close to sites (cathedrals, museums); bathroom small but modern and clean, 3rd floor provided good air flow, had a balcony and airconditioner, service and staff were excellent, gave us maps and directions, overall very good experience - Breakfast not included but lots of places nearby for meals, staff showed confusion over our reservation but we got in, one party after us did not appear to, even though they had the printed reservation in hand, street was lined with tourbus parking areas but that was never a problem for us |

I booked the Annabella Hotel because I found a special offer on your website, but I didn't think the hotel was so beautiful! I recommend it to everybody. I have to thank Booking.com too! Everything was ok. |

The single room where I stayed is very nice and cosy. There is also a balcony. I liked the roof terrace, there is a marvellous view on the city. Surely I'll come back to Annabella Hotel next year! I think everything was ok. |

Location is good.Rooms are big. No Refrigerator. No Cable TV only Italian language TV. Mostly guests are international so need to have English channels is must. Room Rates should be more cheaper. Rooms must have Internet connection facility and not card for sale. |

The friendliness and flexibility of the staff who allowed my mom and I to stay 3 extra days after our reservation ended at a discounted price even though these days took place over the weekend which typically has much higher rates. Also they didn't give us any trouble when we passed our check out time and needed an extra hour. |

There is no lift!! Except to Reception floor; nowhere in shower recess to put anything such as soap-terribly inconvenient; beds so hard I could not sleep; flat pillows;towels not changed in 3 night stay; sleazy street- not recommended for lone woman;awful outlook and no privacy-adj apartments look straight into window; dark. |

I liked the hotel and its rooms. Very near to the station and 5 minutes from the Center of Florence. Nice position, positive experience The staff was a bit cold, not friendly. |

Freundliche Bedienung. Herzlicher Empfang. Unkompliziert. Pro-aktive Empfehlungen. Ein Hotelmitarbeiter hat sich ausfallend benommen und sich dann mit sichtlicher Mühe entschuldigt. Würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen, da nur dieser Einzelfall nicht massbebend für alles sein sollte. |

Fantastique service du personnel. Demandez une aide pour un parking à 10 euros les 24 heures. Quelques réparations dans la chambre où nous avons séjourné devraient êtres effectuées. |
