Location is good.Rooms are big. No Refrigerator. No Cable TV only Italian language TV. Mostly guests are international so need to have English channels is must. Room Rates should be more cheaper. Rooms must have Internet connection facility and not card for sale. |

The friendliness and flexibility of the staff who allowed my mom and I to stay 3 extra days after our reservation ended at a discounted price even though these days took place over the weekend which typically has much higher rates. Also they didn't give us any trouble when we passed our check out time and needed an extra hour. |

There is no lift!! Except to Reception floor; nowhere in shower recess to put anything such as soap-terribly inconvenient; beds so hard I could not sleep; flat pillows;towels not changed in 3 night stay; sleazy street- not recommended for lone woman;awful outlook and no privacy-adj apartments look straight into window; dark. |

I liked the hotel and its rooms. Very near to the station and 5 minutes from the Center of Florence. Nice position, positive experience The staff was a bit cold, not friendly. |

Location was good. When I arrived they told me that there was a problem so I had a different room for each night. |

Romantisch hotel met prima bedden en doucheruimte; kamer met balkon; ligging tov station; vriendelijk personeel. Te weinig stoelen, zeker om optimaal van het balkon te kunnen genieten; te weinig haakjes in de badkamer om kleding en handdoeken weg te kunnen hangen; karig ontbijt met slootkoffie. |
