The staff were extremely helpful and polite; made me feel that they really cared about making me comfortable in every way/ The ceilings in our room were slanted and quite low on the long side of the room so we did not have full use of what was a very good sized room. |

Obviously very convenient for airport and very helpful staff - I got lost walking to hotel, rang from local restaurant and the hotel picked me up from there after I had a meal. |

Convient to airport- and to bus to Venice. Rooms in new building very nice- small but efficient. No resturant. Did not let me know that there was a computer for guest use, no listing of TV channels available and day I was there elevator was not working in new building. |

I've read reviews of this hotel. They mentioned about "Jacuzzi". That was the reason I chose this hotel. However, it was only in a (some?) double room(s?), not in the family room, which we stayed. Quite dissapointing, but the room was OK except for this point. |

Новый отель, отличное расположение по отношению к венецианскому аэропорту ( ближе не бывает!), мини-бусик, который может доставить в аэропорт и забрать оттуда в любое время суток ( по предварительной договорённости), отличный дизайнерский ремонт, новая сантехника, ванны с гидромассажем, кабельное TV SKY, вообщем всё очень и очень достойно и несомненно соответствует уровню 4-х звёзд. |

The staff was very friendly and accomodating for special needs. The hotel is located very close to a busy road. Even with windows closed, traffic noise was loud in rooms facing the road. There were no dining facilities on site but I understand this is part of planned expansion. |

I loved that they were pet friendly and that their rooms were so beautiful! I wish they had wi-fi computer access so we didn't have to work with cords. |

Close to airport. No dining facilities. A nearby restaurant was recommended by the desk man but we were not told that reservations were necessary. Walk along the highway was hazardous w/ no walkway. Computer was not functional and desk man had little interest in helping us. |
