Great location near the Venice Marco Polo airport and connections into the city of Venice. We booked this hotel for our night before departure of Venice and Italy and its easy access to the airport. The hotel provided the three of us a van ride for 5 Euro. If you are a walker and light on bagage it is an easy walk to and from the airport and the bus into Venice. We didn't spend much at the hotel so didn't get the full effect, so have no complaints. It is a little spendy, but don't let the plain looks of the outside fool you. It is new and very nice on the inside. |

Proximity to airport very valuable; transport provided by hotel staff appreciated. Security of checked baggage not tight. Bags were left in lobby with note on departure time. not a good practice when one testifies about control and security of packad baggage at airport security. |

I cannot say eniugh about how wonderful this hotel is . it had the feel of a small friendly pension with all the comforts of a big hotel. fabulous staff that did everything to make your stay enjoyable !! I would definetly recomend.... |

The owner and front desk manager(s) were extremely polite, informative, service-oriented and the shuttle service to and from the airport - a 5 minute ride - was timely and efficient! I wish we could have stayed longer!! It's a super place, brand new, quaint with European architecture and polumbing gadjets!! Great simple clean decor yet ski-lodge & spa-like ambience, The incuded breakfast was a bonus, as the foods were European fresh and relative to the hotel's atmosphere. We enjoyed everything about the hotel and will tell everyone to go to your proprty! |

We stayed one night between the end of our cruise and our flight home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but normal for Italy. The room was immaculate. They have an airport shuttle (5 euro fee) and the airport is 10 minutes away. While restaurants are close by you must walk along a busy street with no sidewalk and a very narrow shoulder. |

Efficient and very friendly stuff. Good location if you need to stay overnight near the Venice airport. FYI: Hotel pick up shuttle from/to the airport is EUR5. Spent a night there with wife and a kid and would definitely recommend the hotel to all. |

Convenience to airport; room layout; staff friendliness and advice; breakfast included price somewhat high, but not exorbitant considering the area and going rates in and around Venice; listed as free airport shuttle but it was really 5Euro- the free shuttle is only if you book directly with the hotel. |
