We chose this hotel for its location close to Marco Polo Airport (500 m) and it has free shuttle service to/from the airport. The included buffet breakfast was great, and our room was quite a bit larger than we'd expected. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if passing through Venice!

We always stay here if we have an early flight and it was very comfortable as usual. This time we had a room that faced the roadway and I will never stay in a room like that again. Even though the windows were good, soundproof and closed tight we could hear the traffic (specially trucks) so it was difficult to go to sleep

It was small but offered a dining room and free WiFi. We found it to be very comfortable and close to the airport. A shuttle service from/to the airport is provided and necessary since the hotel is located on a busy highway and walking to a bus or anywhere is difficult. I would definitely recommend it to others. There is no easy walk to other restaurants or shopping.

Chosen because close to airport but not much else! Five to ten minute walk along busy road with no sidewalks to nearest village. Room was amazingly quiet given proximity to busy road and airport, very comfortable.

Very close to Marco Polo Airport with free transporation. 2 minute ride. Restaurant was good and buffet breakfast offered great choices. Room was very small. Numerous small black flying bugs in the bathroom - need to address this!

It was a wonderful experience...very friendly staff, neat and clean, great location for the Venice airport. Staff speaks excellent English and tried their best to make us feel welcome. Nice restaurant with good selection of Italian food. Local bus runs to Venice - very convenient!!! We highly recommend this hotel. It was great--we have no complaints.

We had rented an apartment in Venice for a week and didn't want to rush to the airport at 6:00 a.m. on our last day. Instead, we booked the Annia Park for our last night, enjoying a final day in the city before taking the Alilaguna to the airport in the evening. The hotel shuttle picked us up and made the five-minute drive to the hotel, which is quite pleasant and wonderfully equipped with wi fi, a lovely bathroom, and breakfast buffet. We spent a perfect last night before embarking on the long trip back to Washington. I'm not sure there's any other reason to stay there, but for facilitating transit for an early morning flight the hotel was great. We had a bit of confusion about where to meet the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport. I would have appreciated instructions in writing in advance, since I had trouble understanding what the hotel staff told me to do in our conversation by cell phone from the airport. But eventually (after about 30 minutes) we found the driver and all was well.

Shuttle came fast to pick us up at the airport. The room had a small balcony which was a nice bonus. We took the 5 bus in from Venice and past a bunch of other hotels. The bus turned though before Annia Park Hotel so we had to go back to the airport and then get the shuttle. If there was a way to go direct from Venice to the hotel, that would be great. But, as I mention, the shuttle came to get us very quickly.

The hotel was 15 Minutes from Venice. There is a bus that can get you to the the city in 15 Minutes. Addtionally the rooms were spacious and the ammenties were first class. nothing-great for a European Hotel

This is a very convenient, practical hotel, with free internet and energetic staff. When we stayed the breakfast room which is very small was overwhelmed with people though the staff worked hard to turnover tables. In the summer it woudl not be a problem as there is a nice terrace.
