La propreté, l'équipement récent et moderne. La proximité de l'aéroport pratique pour un départ tôt. Petit déjeuner possible dès 5h du matin même s'il se peut que le café et thé ne soient pas encore chaud.. La navette vous emmenant à l'aéroport inclus si vous réservez en direct ou 5€ à régler lors du check out. Le service shuttle pas vraiment explicite, inclus ou pas et puis surtout méconnu à l'aéroport. Ce qui a donné lieu à une note de 15€ pour un trajet de 3 minutes consistant à traverser une voie rapide. Etant donné la situation de l'hôtel à 500m, l'éventuel accès piéton pour l'hôtel n'est pas indiqué, pas connu et encore moins sécurisé. De fait, cela revient un peu cher la nuit du transfert de départ même si on est assuré d'être un hôtel propre et moderne. |

La qualité de l'accueil et des chambres. L'escalier bien raide pour accéder à la mezzanine (chambre quadruple) et potentiellement dangereux pour les enfants. Le bruit important généré par la climatisation. |

Convenience to airport; room layout; staff friendliness and advice; breakfast included price somewhat high, but not exorbitant considering the area and going rates in and around Venice; listed as free airport shuttle but it was really 5Euro- the free shuttle is only if you book directly with the hotel. |

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast ample, the location (airport, bus,Venice) so convenient. The room was very roomy, the bed quite comfortable, and the linens exceptional. It would be helpful to have "in house" food service for lunch and dinner. |

The close proximity to the airport was the main reason for our stay and we were impressed with the decor and cleanliness of our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful with their advice. |

Very friendly staff, airport transportation is essential and we used it at 4:30am. Room well designed, well stocked and pleasant. Bed comfortable No accessible food or supplies - the road has extremely heavy traffic. We attempted to walk to the business district but turned back as it was too dangerous. We felt that ten euro to take the hotel's bus was too much for a trip into the business area three blocks away. |

The staff were really friendly and helpful on our arrival which was fairly late at night. We were shown to the room, which was modern in style, clean, and very well maintained. Breakfast was continental which was vast - everything was of a very high standard |

The hotel was exactly as described and for an early morning flight out of Venice is could not be better placed. With the bus service from the airport to Venice you could use the hotel for a city trip. |

For late arrival and early departure hotel is a perfect place. It is just 3 minutes by shuttle from the Terminal first floor ( departure area ) , second way to the hotel door. If you are getting in late and you are hungry - get something to eat before getting to the airport and the hotel. There is not much around the hotel but fields. |

Annia Park Hotel was clean,the service efficient and the staff courteous. Annia park hotel brochure specifically advertises a free hotel shuttle between the hotel and the airport.having booked on-line and specifically requested the advertised free hotel shuttle to meet us at the airport we were not met and had to take 2 taxis (for a family of 5). returning to the airport the following day from the hotel we were made to pay for the shuttle. These were considerable expenses for a family of five and for this reason we may not be returning to this hotel. |

The staff were extremely helpful and polite; made me feel that they really cared about making me comfortable in every way/ The ceilings in our room were slanted and quite low on the long side of the room so we did not have full use of what was a very good sized room. |
