“ We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very nice. Glad to have air conditioning although all rooms did not have it. Our son stayed in the older building and was fine without it even when it was above 90 Beautiful pool. We did not have dinner in hotel and it was just a 15 min walk into town. Very convenient. The guided activities I would highly recommend. We did the mountain walk and the bike tour. Highly recommend this hotel ”

German hotel in Italy so nothing there in English. Loved the place! Such German sensibilities everywhere! Not a cheap date but they took very good care of my son and I on our overnight stop.

Fantastic customer service. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and had great attitudes. The grounds are spectacular and the breadth of service offered second to none. This is the only location we use during our travels to Merano.

Wonderful hotel. Great attention to details. All the staff is very efficient and friendly. The hotel is absolutely to recommend for a relaxing holiday, very quiet, very good spa. My spacious and elegant garden room on the ground floor had direct access to the garden area with swimming pool. I loved it! Meran is a wonderful city and the hotel in a quiet area within walking distance to the main sightseeing places. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Wir haben das Hotel spontan gebucht - weil die Wetteraussichten für Meran hervorragend waren und wir den Ort noch nicht kannten. Hier haben wir einen echten Volltreffer gelandet. Wir haben schon in diversen international bekannten Spitzenhotels gewohnt. Der Plantitscherhof übertrifft viele davon um Längen. Angefangen vom überaus herzlichen Empfang, über die Zimmerausstattung und Design bis hin zur hervorragenden Küche – in jedem Belang ist dieses familär geführte Haus absolut SPITZE! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und man merkt dass das nicht aufgesetzt ist sondern von innen kommt. Eine klare Reiseempfehlung, besser geht es kaum. Nichts

朝食の内容が豊富で、有機栽培のものを利用しとてもよかった。 室内プールの温度が低すぎたし、外のプールは温水だとうたっているにもかかわらず冷水。温水じゃないとスタ- ッフに聞くと、彼らも知らなかったようで、触って見て温めていないと認めただけ。4人部屋だが、2人分はソ- ファーベッドでマットも柔らかすぎて、とてもラグジュアリーなホテルでの快適なステイには程遠かった。

неплохой отель для остановки в Мерано-отличный сервис,очень дружественный персонал,богатый выбор на завтрак,эннотека и бар наверное лучшие ужин с претензией на гурме но на самом деле очень долго и не вкусно,да еще и дорого;почти не говорят на английском;спа и бассейн-скромненько.
