Coming from an exhausting conference, it was the perfect place to unwind. Staff was incredibly helpful--not used to such good service--and I regretted having only 1 night there. I will be back. |

The place was very clean and the food was fantastic! The staff were friendly and some were fluent in English & that made it very easy.... No air conditioning. It was hot when I was there and I was uncomfortable. I was surprised at the lack of air conditioning. |

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel per un week end in occasione dei mercatini di Natale. La struttura appare da subito accogliente all'esterno, curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, pulita ed estremamente confortevole con un terrazzino privato. Lo spazio benessere molto curato, con una palestra ben accessoriata e tutto il necessario per un relax totale. Ottima la colazione, molto abbondante e variegata. Eccezionale la disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff. Inoltre, avendo un bambino di 2 anni e mezzo abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la presenza di una play house contenente parecchi giochi. Non abbiamo provato la cucina in quanto abbiamo preferito mangiare altrove. In definitiva un hotel fantastico, ci torneremo sicuramente Il riscaldamento in camera era troppo alto e per arrivare in centro è necessaria la macchina. |

La cordialità e cortesia del personale, la tranquillità e il confort delle camere veramente eccelenti. La cucina ottima ed emozionante, ma manca quakche riferimento alle tipicità locali. e' arduo trovarne, anche perchè il soggiorno ha coinciso con un periodo di poco affollamento, era tutto per noi. |

Ho apprezzato la qualità dell'hotel: arredamento della suite che ci è stata assegnata (con grande sorpresa e gioia visto che avevamo prenotato una matrimoniale!!), cura dai dettagli anche di designe dell'hotel, colazione abbondante e molto varia, pisscina con cromoterapia e zona sauna, bagno turco, fitness con lettini in pelle relax ad acqua. Molto carina anche l'idea del carrello dolci a metà pomeriggio, buonissimi!! Forse l'unica pecca è la difficoltà di alcuni del personale a parlare in italiano...Merano è in Italia!!! Va bene essere bilingue...E le manate di bambini sulle porte della suite.. |

Service und Frühstück waren sehr gut, Preise der Getränke und des nachträglich buchbaren Abendessens zu teuer! Es wäre hier von Vorteil, wenn der Gast ein normalpreisiges eingängige Hauptspeise (Südtiroler Kost) und dazu einen guten offenen Wein bestellen könnte. Die Heizung im Zimmer war nicht wohlfühlmäßig eingestellt. Trotz Nachfrage konnte es aus technischen Gründen nicht geändert werden. Alte Bodenheizung! |
