The hotel is open from December to April and from June to September.

In the winter season, the hotel is only 200 metres from the new 4-chair ski lift and the baby snow park. A mini-club with nursery and animation is offered for children.

In the summer season, it is possible to use the adjacent football fields and the sports hall. Mountain bikes are available to rent.

The wellness centre is open in both summer and winter.

On request, the hotel can run a shuttle transfer (an 8-person mini-bus) from Venice or Treviso. Information is available from the hotel reception.

From Venezia Mestre:
- Take the A4 motorway to Portogruaro.
- Proceed on the A28 up to Pordenone and then towards Aviano Piancavallo.

By Train:
The nearest train station is Pordenone (30 km), which is linked with Piancavallo by a seasonal bus line.
