very nice breakfast, friendly atmosphere,
We had a beautiful apartment well situated near the main train station (Roma Termini). Subway station right outside the building which is only one step away from the main train station. The apartment was clean and had a lot of space and nice bathroom facilities (3 bathrooms with showers and toilet facilities!) for our group of 8 people and good beds.
Cleanliness and decoration of the rooms, friendly attitude of the owner/staff.
Breakfast could have been more elaborate
Close to all the needed transportation hubs, super gelato and restaurants. Rick Steve's "recommends" within minutes!
Bathroom with window.light large room.comfortable beds
It's will be better more clearness
Close walking distance to Termini Station, bus hub, metro (subway) and the BEST gelato in Rome. Lovely restaurants on Via Flavia nearby mentioned in Rick Steve's book. Recommended to me by my cousin who lives in Italy. She refers all her family and friends to Anthony B & B!.
perfect for the people that flying with Ryanair. Shuttle bus stops at Termini, ~300m far from aparments everything is close ( undeground, historical center, etc...)
Good location, spacious, comfortable. Excellent check-in and help.
Kitchen small but workable. Some more attention to cleaning of bathroom needed but otherwise nothing to complain of.
Great value for money and awesome location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely recommend Anthony B&B :)
Anthony was very friendly, but we only saw him at check-in.
Bed covers had stains on them, owner said it was from people who drank too much and it didn't come out with cleaning. There was a new cover in the closet but it wasn't used. Sheets had dirt near the footboard. No toilet paper after the first day- had to ask for it (when we could find someone working). Light out in the room. Terrible Wifi. Doesn't connect in even the closest room. You have to go to the kitchen which was a huge inconvenience. Even there, it was slow. Pay the extra $10-15 dollars for a better hotel.
Anthony was very approachable n helpful. We had good stay. It's close to station and local shops.
It was very close to the main metro stop. 5 minute walk. There's also another metro stop closer by. There are two restaurants right outside the door. The bar named Yellow sells both food and drink at a reasonable price.
The only complaint we had was that the shower head was loose and broke on us the first morning. It wasn't too big of a problem though because there was a second shower head.
Great Service. Anthony and his brother are very good persons. In general it was clean, comfortable and good located. It is close to Termini station, which is good if you want to move by train or bus.
If you want to rest at nights it is difficult if you are hosted in the alternative location, because you will find an international big bar down of the department.
Short walk to station and metro so we didn't have to lug luggage around. Trade off is that it's not in the old town so we walked there most days (around 20-30 mins) rather than take metro because we had a few near misses with pickpockets on the metros. Room was adequate, lots of restaurants opening late downstairs which is convenient without being too noisy.
No tea/coffee facilities.
The location is great and only take several minites to train station. The room is big and clean. Also there is a kitchen. The owner brothers are very kind! We wish we could know this hotel earlier and stay.
Staff was friendly and accomodating. The mama was always good disposition. Good location. Near large supermarket, Catholic church and termini.
A good WiFi should help rating.
Cleanest place ever in Rome. Good location, kind staff
Perfect location! Big room/apartment
Attention to a few detail with reference to the cleanliness
Was lucky to be in Rome at march 2014. Stayed at this wonderful family hotel with 8 people for 5 nights. We had big appartments with 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Enough space for big company. Very clean. We had everything that needed in kitchen. Good Wi-Fi. Great location - 5 min by walk to Termini, but not too noisy. Great host Anthony - did everything to make our days in Rome real pleasure. Thank you!
Location to Termini, friendly reception, cleanliness, price-quality ratio
A bit far from some parts of the city but seeing that it is close to Termini, a metro or bus are good options
