It had everything you needed including free internet access (not wireless, however). Silent and warm room, very small but OK for some days. |

Reception staff was very helpful with information on the local attractions. Place was centralised and very easy to go around on foot. Room was small and the beds were not very comfortable..but bearable for 1 or 2 nights' short stay. |

The chinese lady who served us at the breakfast room. She is courteous and did a fantastic job serving more than 10 guests on her own. Very fast service. Well done! Counter staffs weren´t friendly. The bunk beds we booked was uncomfortable and the room is over-priced. |

The hotel is ok, but room size is very small and better not talk about bath room and toilet. It was damn bad. And if you have to bath, it is a really bad, you cant even turn around in the cabin. No Wifi, No Good Space, |

Close to Station and staff were very helpful The "French Bed". In Australia a french bed is a big 4 poster bed but in Italy a french bed is a very small bed. The room was so small one person had to be in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. |

The staff was excellent when answering questions that I had. Most of the desk staff spoke very good english. The internet service in the room was very nice to have. Breakfast every morning was very good! A single room is a very small room. |

The location was perfect for me!...5 minutes from the railway station. Breakfast included. The price i a bit high...but compared to others in Venice is acceptable (no fridge in the room). |

Very cute, excellent location,and very clean. Fantastic value for money (we paid 34EUR/person/night for three nights). Air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was also very good, some hot food and interesting jams. Room was a bit small, just enough to fit a bunk bed, a sink, and a closet, but it was okay. |

I think it’s a hotel with several kinds or rooms. We stayed in the cheaper one and thus, the small bunker bed room. It was only to sleep a few hours… Anyway it was very clean with A/C and TV. The common areas also very clean well kept. It offers a good breakfast. I had to check in/out in another hotel just ten metres far in the same street, which is not a problem for me. If you need to leave your luggage after check out, they will care for it at no extra charge. Convenient location closer train station and Piazzale Roma. The mattresses need to be changed. The are very used and uncomfortable. |

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, bauwerkbedingt allerdings nicht sehr gross. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber wenn auch nicht geräumig. Die Dusche war eines der neuen Kompaktduschen mit Massagedüsen. Allerdings nimmt das Teil sehr viel Platz ein. Beleibtere oder sehr grosse Leute haben dadurch sicher ein Platzprobem. Hier würde ich ggf. vorher nachfragen ob alle Räume derart ausgestattet sind. Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Zimmer aber sehr zufrieden. Frühstück und Rezeption im Nachbarhotel waren für uns auch kein Problem. Den Eingang haben wir etwas länger gesucht weil kein Hotelschild angebracht war sondern lediglich ein kleines Schild "Antica Casa Carettoni" das eher unscheinbar war. Ist aber nicht wirklich ein Problem ;-) |

Hotel très bien placé, à 200m de la gare, dans une rue vivante le jour et la nuit. Mais bon isolement. Chambre trés propre, personnel agréable, Salle du petit déjeuner très petite , il y a un temps d'attente pour prendre son petite déjeuner |
