The location was perfect for me!...5 minutes from the railway station. Breakfast included. The price i a bit high...but compared to others in Venice is acceptable (no fridge in the room). |

Very cute, excellent location,and very clean. Fantastic value for money (we paid 34EUR/person/night for three nights). Air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was also very good, some hot food and interesting jams. Room was a bit small, just enough to fit a bunk bed, a sink, and a closet, but it was okay. |

I think it’s a hotel with several kinds or rooms. We stayed in the cheaper one and thus, the small bunker bed room. It was only to sleep a few hours… Anyway it was very clean with A/C and TV. The common areas also very clean well kept. It offers a good breakfast. I had to check in/out in another hotel just ten metres far in the same street, which is not a problem for me. If you need to leave your luggage after check out, they will care for it at no extra charge. Convenient location closer train station and Piazzale Roma. The mattresses need to be changed. The are very used and uncomfortable. |

I liked the fact that it was so close to the train station It was very noisy all the time as its on a main street, terrible that the reception area is in another hotel, very impersonal. The breakfast was very very poor. I expect more than biscuits and apples considering the price. Overall poor value for money. On checking out the staff were very cold. I would not recommend this hotel |

la gentillesse du personnel, hotel très bien situé a Venize, chambres propres. petit déjeuné pauvre à défaut de petit déjeuné Américain comme stipulé dans les renseignements de l'hotel, chambre single trop petite. |
