A nice calm place. Good room. Main issue: I needed to cancel one night and the hotel said that since it had been prepaid, no cancelation was possible. No iron or ironing board in room. |

la réactivité du Staff voir mon commentaire ci -aprés. J'avais réservé 4 chambres sur la partie 4 etoiles de l'hotel. par suite d'une erreur , je n'ai eu que des chambres 3 étoiles. toutefois le responsable nous a payé un excellent repas du soir pour 7 personnes, dans un restaurant typique de Mantoue où nous avons fait un excellent repas |

Zeer proper hotel. Ontbijt ook zeer goed in orde, met ruime keuze. Enkel spijtig dat voor een parkeerplaats bijkomend betaald moest worden. Spijtig dat personeel van een hotel in Italie eigelijk geen of bijna geen Engels spreekt. |

２４時間のバールがあり便利。駅前の最高のロケーション。しかしなによりも素晴らしいのはスタッフの笑顔と親切な対応。 booking.comの情報では、インターネットはホテル全館で使用可能とのことで予約しましたが、１階と中庭のみであった（部屋で使えなかった）。 |
