The staff were very informative in giving tips to visit venice . The latte machiatto that was made for me at breakfast was to die for. On a presonal opinion,if you want a much more relaxed lunch hop over to Murano on the Vaporeto's.

Great experience. Marco, the owner, was extremely helpful and professional. He and his family/staff made us feel welcome and at home. The hotel was clean and bright and right on the bus line for a 10-minute ride to "downtown" Venice. The restaurant was very good, and the included breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. It was a great value and I would definitely stay there again.

Small family run hotel. Very nice and very helpful people. There was only one single room which I reserved, but was unhappy with. The owner seem concerned and upgraded me at no extra cost. They have an excellent seafood restaurant. Great location for visiting city. 15 min. bus ride to center Venice. Good parking if you arrive by car. I'll stay here again when I visit Venice.

It distant from the air port, that was not their problem; the bus driver for bus #5; let us off at the wrong stop. When we left for the airport the next day; the bus stop was 1 block away.

This is a nice small family hotel. It is very clean, the rooms are nicely decorated (although not that big)... The staff is very kind and willing to fulfill any of your requests. The breakfast is quite nice (not that huge variety but still decent). It is 10 minutes by bus to Venice and there are buses till midnight (return from Venice is 20 min due to some deviation).

The restaurant was quite expensive and had mostly sea-food. It is a little bit isolated but that's not a big issue if one spends his time in Venice.

Dinner was excellent. Owners are 3 brothers from Rome and the gourmet dinner (priced cheaper than worser options in Venice) was amazing. Room was perfect, bed was so comfortable, and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

We took the bus into Venice (15 minutes in, 20 minutes back). Standing room only on the buses, but only cost 1.30 each way. While Venice itself was crowded and overpriced, Antica Fenice was a nice retreat.

The management and staff went out of thier way to make sure we were comfortable, happy and during our entire stay. The sea food was the best (Excellent) we had during the 10 days in Italy. Very clean and comfortable

The owners were extremely friendly and very helpful. He gave us a map of Venice, circled all the places of interest and showed us a way to see as many of them as we could in the time we had. There is a seafood restaurant on-site and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffets also had a decent selection. Above all, the location was perfect. It was a five minute walk to the bus that took us right into Venice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great cozy hotel with convenient location and secure car parking. Super-friendly stuff and superior kitchen. Supermarket Lidl in 100 meters. We’ve got detailed explanations and guidance from the owners how to effectively visit Venice, actually, it saved us efforts, time and money.

Wonderful atmosphere! We could hear birds singing in early morning. Clean room, nice breakfast, helpful owners. We felt so comfortable there. And it took just 8 min by bus to get Venice. I would stay there again with pleasure! Highly recommended.

Very small room

Where to begin - our stay in Hotel Antica Fenice was beyond excellent. The hospitality of the people working in Hotel Antica was unbelievable. The service was superb, the room was very nice and cozy, and breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is also great. Close to the bus stop and in less than 8 minutes you're in Venice. We have received excellent tips from the staff on what to do and how to get around the Venice itself. One additional thing that was great was the fact that parking was free, and you have a free wifi in the hotel. We will be coming back to this hotel definitely, and will recommend it wholeheartedly to all of our friends.

This hotel is great. The owners were very attentive and pleasant. They let us check in early. They explained the city bus to take near the hotel to get to Venice in 10 minutes. Sold us inexpensive bus passes. Easy free parking. Great breakfast. Free Internet. Nice shower with full body sprayers. This is a great option for visiting Venice - especially if you have a car.

The owners were extremely hospitable. They took care of everything we asked for. They were prepared for our late check-in arriving on a late train from Florence. The breakfast was the best-all of their pastries were homemade!! The croissants were fabulous! The rest of the food was delicious!

The hotel is great! It is small and cozy with a charming italian coutryside style. The food in the restaurant is great! You need to test it at least once even though it may seem too expensive. It is popular within the locals too which is a good sign for me. We could try the Easter menu (consisted of 7 or 8 different courses!) made of fish or seafood only. It was one of the best meals I had! Very creative and unusual combinations, something you would not find in a classic restaurant menu. The location is perfect to visit Venice - about 10 or 15 min by bus.

The room walls are not thick enough, after a long travel we couldn't have rest for a while listening to some crazy teenagers screaming and having party next door. Fortunately, it lasted for a couple of hours only and of course it depends on who your neighbours are. There are a lot of families with small children so I think it is very calm in general. The bus that we took to go to Venice and back was always full, people with suitcases going to the airport were occupying all the space. It was even hard to move. But this is not a hotel's fault, of course.

The staff are wonderful, the breakfast good and the seafood meals are excellent. I would recommend it to my friends.
