Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a continental spread of cereal, yogurt, fresh bread and hard boiled eggs. I also enjoyed the fruit and coffee. Views from the hotel to the canal and Rialto are incredible.

The 68 stairs to the reception area and rooms - but it's worth the hike up for the fantastic views.

An hotel with the real taste of Venice, the room decoraction is gorgeous & the cleanliness is spot on! Very friendly staff & perfectly located 0.3 km from Realto bridge which is basically the heart of any walk in Venice.

The hotel has many stairs since it is located in the 3rd floor, we didn't mind it but if you might have second thoughts, try to book the room on the first floor which is less stairs to climb, yet breakfast will always be on the 3rd.

    Very friendly staff and location

Around 70 stairs with no potter on Sundays. Also given a room with a deserted street view, I think there are very few rooms with Grand Canal view,

Location was perfect. Room was large and view was fantastic!

For a small hotel, only 11 rooms, there was no personal attention or even interaction. Someone was at the front desk at all times and they would barely look or speak to you.

Location was great, right next to Rialto Bridge. We were able to get our room right away despite arriving early (before noon).

The room smelled a bit funny; water pressure and temperature in the shower were very inconsistent.

Lovely hotel with staff, very small and charming and located very close to the Rialto bridge.

Omg! 4 flights of long stairs to get to the room! Sorry, will not come again. Hard to find and I had a hard time understanding the person at check in. We came at night so this was difficult to find. Although we did find out very few hotels have an elevator, the hotel right next door offered this! Also for the money we paid, supplies for shampoo and towels were not placed the next day :( $$$$

Hotel located in a perfect location, close to Rialto bridge. Breakfast area with beautiful view over Grande Canale. Our room was decorated in "posh" Italian style, very clean, overlooking the rooftops of the neighboring houses. Staff was very friendly, especially the guy serving breakfast. We recommend it to anyone, it was worth every penny.

Hotel is located in an old building without elevator.

An excellent, central location with stunning views of the Grand Canal and the Ponte Rialto. Helpful, courteous, efficient and professional staff. A very satisfying breakfast. The cold drink provided on arrival at the top of the stairs was most welcome. We really enjoyed our visit.

    The 69 steps

This hotel was in a prime location! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was also delicious as well as the sitting area (overlooks the canal).

The stairs were quite the hike, but was expected since we knew this upon booking the room.

Location. Smack in middle of Venice canal and only 100meters to Rialto bridge. All staff were great and super helpful, with smiles. Allowed my kids to stay free! Decent cold english breakfast. Close to water bus. I do recommend to stay. But ensure pack lightly.

The stairs. It felt like an endless climb. So are most hotels in town I guess. With big luggages, it was a nightmare. My triple room was warm despite aircond switched on. Probably it wasnt working well. Was given a standing fan to cool us off. The hallway was even cooler than our room.
