Coffee at breakfast seems to be soluble coffee.
Very nice staff, helpful Location is great (close from touristic areas & in a neighbour with "real" people living here with nice bars) Good value for money
Bed could be a bit more comfortable Breakfast maybe too "standardised"
Beautiful, stylish room, great location.
Communication with the reception person not satisfying.
Very central location with lots of good restaurants close by
loved the breakfast, roof-top terrace, staff friendliness, cleanliness and location. Would highly recommend and stay again if visit Rome again
second 'twin' fold down bed very hard to sleep on arrived having booked twin room to find we were in double room. Staff member immediately put is into twin room but second bed not made up and said it would be made at 8 pm whilst we were out for dinner. However, came back from dinner and bed not made up so had to sleep on unmade bed with an unmade pillow and duvet found underneath bed.
The Location in Monti really was superb. It didn't take a long time to walk to Forum Romanum, Plaza Venezia etc. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean with lot's of caracther.
Perfect location, really comfortable bed, helpful staff
Breakfast area was freezing cold and pretty dark! Fine if you wore your coat and scarf, and I guess it got you out and exploring rome quickly in the morning...
- great location; good restaurants, bars, and small shops around -close to sights (esp Forum) -lovely building, roof terrace -rooms clean, roomy enough; good bed - breakfast ok for Italian standard
- wlan only on ground floor, where it´s not particularly inviting to hang out - only about 5 tv channels - windows provide little in the way of insolation (noise or cold) and, yes, this is an area where ppl party - but very little traffic!
Environment, people and location.
Breakfast should vary a little bit more.
very good location.very helpfull stuff,so kind .very clean.nice room size.cozy.loved the hotel.good price
Location is very good. Many attractions to the south and north so it's convenient to split visiting it to different days. Polite staff, nice design.
Breakfast is scarce, in last day there wasn't ham and cheese because they "hadn't had it yet". No duvet covers.
The staff are excellent and the location is great. It is worth getting a taxi from the airport as the buses are always full.
The breakfast is adequate but could do with a little bit more choice.
Beds were so comfy and the staff so so nice. Carmen is great as are all the people here. Very helpful and go out of their way to help. Love the place. Would definitely go back.
No lift but after first day it didnt matter. Needed the exercise!! My 20yr old and 16yr old missed having WiFi in bedroom but there was WiFi at reception and could hang out there as much as they liked.
Good location Price/quality Friendly staff
Lack of a lift Thin walls Lack of wifi in the room
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to numerous tourist destinations.
Stairs were a bit of a problem.
The general appearance of the reception, room etc. is quite good.
I asked for a wide bed, and I got two matresses, pretty unconfortable. I mentioned I would have probably needed the room for a couple of extra nights, but they did not take this into account, and I had to move.
Definitely recommend this hotel, location was perfect, only walking distance to collossium and termini station. Many nice bars and restaurants in the area. Staff were excellent and really helpful.
Wi-fi only in lobby
Location was good
Air conditioner was unable to be adjusted so it was too cold at night and it was too noisy with the window open. Shower head was unstable making showers unenjoyable. Wi Fi only available in the public areas.
Poor breakfast and no wifi in rooms only in lobby
We visited Rome in August mainly for sight seeing. The hotel was in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to major sites. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were welcoming. Would stay here again.
Breakfast was ok but a little repetitive having the same thing everyday.
The location is absolutely perfect, 10 minutes walking from both Fontane Di Trevi and Colosseo. Staff is very nice, especially ladies at reception desk. Rooms look much better in real than at photos and they are cozy and comfortable. But the special plus for atmosphere is that every single room is named by some famous Artist!
The regulation of hot and cold water could be better and maybe there could be wifi in rooms not just at reception, but it really wasnt a big deal for us!
The location is excellent, within a quick 10 minute walk at the train station. The staff was welcoming and so helpful. The rooms and hotel in general had so much unique character ...it was just beautiful. The breakfast was great as well.
Very good quality of room cleanning very nice staff Great location just in the middle of "everything"
a bit monotony breakfast
Very helpful staff Smack bang in the middle Great food no matter what direction you choose to go in
Loud toilet when flushed Small menu for breakfast
